“Choose Something Else”

I had high hopes and it didn't turn out. The hotel needs cleaning and upkeep. The breakfast bar is free but I still had to wait for them to make coffee. The room was okay. The rooms are big but needs updating. Some of the staff is friendly and others just stay away.

“Don't stay here”

The stay was dreadful. There was nothing good about it. The breakfast was skimpy. Juice was served in little yogurt-like boxes. No wifi except for downstairs.

“Major, major disappointment”

This hotel was rated a 3 star hotel on Expedia's scale. I would rate it 1 1/2 stars or even 1 star. This is an extended stay facility and rooms are full or mini suites. Therefore, they are large. However, there is no WiFi or any kind of Internet connection in the rooms - unheard of in this day and age.The normal toiletries are missing - only one small bar of soap. Also, hot water flow to shower is severely restricted so it was impossible to take a comfortable shower. This hotel ONLY has housekeeping services once a week. Stay 4 days, and good luck!! Hotel has mix of smoking and non-smoking.rooms Good luck trying to find a non-smoking room!.The lobby is spacious but has never been renovated. The place has musty moldy smell. Continental breakfast is horrible. No orange drink even much less juice. Good luck with the creamers. They are put out at 5:45 am and no one to replace them or anything else if it runs out. Only one non-housekeeping employee who manages front desk. Cereal is a choice of sugar-coated generic Cheerios or the sugar coated colored Cheerios (Fruit Loops?). For reference, I travel to Fort Myers about 8 to 20 times a year and stay in many different hotels about 30 days a year (in Fort Myers alone). I also travel to other places internationally and nationally every two months and stay in a variety of hotels.
