“I liked the design of the room, amenities and the A/C worked perfectly in the greatest heat outside. It was moden and quiet inside the room. Our windows were facing the car park and motorway services, so occasionally a noise from cars could be heard. But we slept well and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could do with some restoration soon, as signs of wear could be visible. But overall for the price we paid and convenient location it was a very good choice.”

“Vi hade betalat för en hotellnatt och personalen hjälpte med väskan till rummet. Men det fattades tvål, schampoo, badkaret gick ej att fylla med vatten, det fattades stor handduk och duschhandtaget var trasigt/slitet. "Inget egentligen med hotellet, men var många grupper med ungdomar som gjorde att det blev trång i utrymmen. Sen fungerade ac dåligt."

"I guess you get what you pay for. Thankfully I paid very little for my room. First a couple of good things: wonderful staff, very comfortable bed, great location. HOWEVER the lift in this hotel has been out of order for a year or more. So you have to use a very steep stare. Seriously it's very steep! My floor was on the 5th floor which is actually 6 floors from street level and 7 floors from reception. There is at least One higher floor. Fortunately I didn't have any luggage. I spoke with management (?) and hopefully they will buy the property and if they do the lift will be repaired. But until it's done I wouldn't come back again even though the location is fantastic."

"We stay here every time we are in Liverpool, which is a couple of times a year. Fantastic location, really nice decor, and wonderful staff. We can recommend the rooms with a separate bedroom, which also have both a washing machine and a dryer. On the downside: no lighting above the bathroom mirror. Too few peces of china and glasses. Best accommodation in Liverpool! Love it, love it, love it! "
