“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, big rooms with a kitchen that really has everything you need. The pool and the gym were amazing, however the patio where most of the sun was (because otherwise other buildings around were shading the rest of the patio) was being refurnished during our stay there but there was no information about it. “The condo itself was clean, the building was nice, and the location was definitely the best part of the stay. It’s right downtown near the mall, restaurants, and plenty of things to do, which made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit since we ended up needing it during our stay. “The entire hotel was under renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. Had we known, we would have chosen a different accommodation. It will probably be very nice once everything is finished, but at the moment it was chaotic. As a small compensation, we were upgraded to a very spacious apartment, which was a big plus; however, this did not outweigh the poor service and the ongoing renovation work. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room.”
