Staff were very helpful and extremely professional and friendly at all times - everywhere. Very easy to get around from this hotel. An easy walk away from Petronas Towers, and an easy Monorail trip to shopping precinct. Alal in all an extremely pleasant stay, and will go back on our next trip.

Upon arrival were greeted by door staff and pleasantly directed to reception.No fuss and taken to room.We had a suite with a fabulous view of the petronas twin towers.Mini bar and Internet were first class.Staff were really helpful with any question.The traders lounge is a bonus which we used and really a nice place to relax.Breakfast is impressive with a great selection of foods .The buffet for dinner is good value.The only problem I had was the room was not cleaned on our return after lunch on our last day .It was done after I requested it be done.We had a late departure so they where accommodating in holding our baggage and having use of the hotel facilities after checkout.The location is central to butik bintang shopping and the petronas centre.The condition of the hotel is excellent .

I stayed at the Impiana KLCC in June 2013 for 3 nights. I was travelling alone The service I received was top class. Check in was done easily and promptly. The Suria shopping mall (large was accessed by a walkway. The hotel food was pretty good. There is also a spa in the hotel and I had an awesome massage there. I got a good rate for the hotel by booking through expedia. I would stay at this hotel again if i go back to KL.

We enjoy this hotel and would return as the staff were great and extremely helpful at all times.

The hotel is well situated with the beach on one side and night markets on the other so it means that there is always something to do throughout the day. The room we had was centrally located in the block and overlooked botht the pool and beach. The room features a well designed bathroom area and a semi-outdoor bathtub in the balcony overlooking the pool (that had privacy screens incase one wants to frolick in the tub!) - that was a spectacular surprise! The wifi in the room was terrible though... It is easy to get to Gurney Drive for food too; just take the local bus 101, very frequent, clean, safe and convenient. I do wish the pillows were a lot firmer (but that's just a preference).

Staff very courteous and helpful. Room clean. Breakfast good variety. Both myself and my wife have been staying there for our last few visits. Will continue to book that hotel for our trips to Penang.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location between the rainforest and the sea. Villa was very comfortable and the facilities were great. Staff were lovely
