Hotell Polen

This is a lovely hotel (former palace), very conveniently located (just a little over a block from the main square). The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating, cheerful and friendly. I also found the staff at reception to be extremely helpful. I would stay here again.

The property's location is perfect. The facility was very clean, and luxurious. The night desk person was extremely rude and condescending however. Everything else was perfect.

Our stay was excellent apart from the fact that the additional bed (room booked for 3 persons) was a size of child's bed but we booked as three adults.

The Warsaw Marriott is an excellent choice for business folks and tourists alike, especially if arriving in Warsaw by train (the hotel is right across the street from the Warsaw central train station). Just an excellent hotel all-around.

We arrived early, at 7:00 AM. We had called the hotel the day before and asked if we could have our room when we arrived. The registration clerk said we could get in if the room was available. It was and we were able to get into the room as soon as we got to the hotel. We asked if an iron would be available at the time we booked the room. One was put in the room before we arrived. The room and hotel were spotless! The bathroom was large by European standards with good water pressure and pleanty of hot water. The staff was extreamly helpful, both at the time we booked and when we arrived. We stayed in the "newer" part of the hotel. It was quiet. We have stayed in hotels in Rome, Paris and other Polish cities. This was by far the best. We would definately stay here again if we return to Gdansk.

Second time I stay, and they mantain the quality service. Exceptional location.
