Känner väl till hotellet och har alltid tyckt att det är ett toppenhotell som jag varmt rekommenderar .

Very nice hotel, hotel staff very friendly and nice rooms, nice breakfast buffe.

A great hotel.. Staff were warm and went out of their way to help. Very central right next to railway station and easy walking distance to old town ,shopping and restaurants.Only complaint was the rooms got very hot at night and the temperature could not be adjusted. However would highly recommend this hotel.

We only stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Checking in and out was quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is really stylishly designed and there are lots of thoughtful touches in the room. We especially appreciated the cafetiere and the booklet of staff recommendations.The bathroom was small but perfectly formed and the bed was super comfy. The room and hotel in general was really clean. It couldn't have been located better and the staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome. If we are ever in Gothenburg again we would stay in this hotel without hesitation.

vänligt bemötande och hjälpsamhet från all personal. Rymliga rum fast i bodde tre vuxna i ett rum. Riklig frukostbuffé.

Great location friendly helpful staff the bar area nice and relaxing with good atmosphere busy every night we stayed there, breakfast had all you wanted and more didn't eat in restaurant but looked full so sure it was good food but out all day site seeing so never got chance to try it

Great location for Malmo & for train into Copenhagen. The bedrooms were large and very clean plus we had excellent view of sea and station area, all special requests nmade at time of booking were met. I went with my son for his 19th birthday and the waiter in the "Bishop" bar which is linked to the hotel gave him a free drink to celebrate. Definately will return.

Excellent hotel, we would definitely stay here again. The staff are a real asset. Breakfast - fantastic range of high quality food
