“Overall, this hotel is very nice! The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The shower was amazing, they have Starbucks downstairs and a steakhouse on the 17th floor! The only downside was the pool seemed very foggy and the hot tub was NOT clean! There was some buildup of dirt in the hot tub. Also, the lights in our room were acting weird at some points which was kind of spooky.”

“Upon entering front desk very inviting, breakfast was good and rooms were fresh and very clean.”

“The room wasn’t very clean. Smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm went off around 4:30am for about 30mins. The fire department arrived and shut it off. It was a bit of a sketchy area.”

“Everything is outdated, the room had a smell to it and the air conditioner was not working. Will not be returning.”

“So I called to inform Rafael that we had a travel delay and would arrive between 3-6AM. We arrived at the hotel only to be informed that he THOUGHT I said I would be there around 3 and my room had been canceled! He offered NO sympathy/empathy/or resolution!”

“Our room was "picked up," not "clean." There was long hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and inside the shower from previous guests. Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western.”

“Very good value. Cheaper than most hotels. Had mini casino inside. Complimentary breakfast. Lots of places nearby delivered food.”
