“Above Expectations”

Walked from central station and found staff very pleasant, helpful and great English speakers. Room was large enough for three large suitcases without being cramped. Breakfast was a highlight of the day. Very enjoyable stay.

“Fine four star hotel”

Comfortable recently renovated four star hotel with modern furnishings and neat updated bathrooms. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable, with air-conditioning and windows (my window was facing the beautiful the court yard cafe). Polite service -- everyone speaks nearly perfect English. Fine breakfast in the court yard cafe. Hotel is located in the City Center, near the Concert Hall and the Flower Market and is a walking distance (10-15 min) from the Royal Palace, Old Town, Opera, National Museum and virtually all other museums can be reached by foot (if you like longer walks). Subway is around the corner. Great value. I would stay in this hotel again.

“Excellent Stay in Stockholm”

My wife and I were pleased as soon as we walked into the RICA hotel down the street. They wre very courteous and helpful. This continued at our hotel. The rooms were very clean and neat. the breakfast was great. wireless internet worked. They were helpful at the front desk even helping to locate a restaurant in an out of the way place. Strong recommendation. Good value. Rate through Expedia was excellent.

verh helpful staff. We were here three different times during our travels, and all three times the staff was effecent and was very helpful. They let you store you luggage for free! Good breakfast, clean, small room, GREAT location.

Very happy - just what we wanted. Central, easy walk to everything, only 5 minutes walk from central station/airport bus drop off. Very good breakfast - lots of it, served til 11 on weekends. Room not massive but immaculate. Bathroom spotless and very nice shower/toiletries etc. Kettle, coffee etc. Very comfy bed.

“highly recommend”

This hotel has an ideal location walkable to everything. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the buffet breakfast is fabulous. No health club but a wet sauna which was relaxing after a full day of walking. It was quiet, clean, with a contemporary feel. I will return.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a quick trip to Sweden while in Europe. I would recommend it to any business traveler

“Excellent location and great breakfast included”

The single rooms are quite small but not too small. Room was warm (good when it's -12 out) and clean. The breakfast is fantastic - cold meats, cheeses, three kinds of eggs, fried potato, sausage, bacon, toast, breads, rolls, pastries, Swedish deli food, cereals, teas, coffee and juices. Also a selection of fruit and they don't mind if you take a couple of pieces away with you. The hotel is one street over from the main shopping street and a block from one of the biggest department stores and the main mall. It's a block from T-Centralen metro station where all the metro lines converge and about 5-10min walk away from Central Station (where Arlanda Express train arrives). It is about a 15 minute walk to the old town (for Palace and Cathedral) and about half an hour walk to Djurgården (for most of the main museums). The bus to Djurgården stops a block away. Being central meant could come back to thaw out for a while before heading out again. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
