Execellent SERVICE. Was upgraded to a bigger room! Breakfast was awesome. Shower facilities were good. Very central in location!!

Excellent location. Walking distance from the central station which is easily connected to Alanda Airport by the Arlanda Express. Just over the bridge from the charming Gamla Stan and it's quaint cafes and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at Sheraton Stockholm on my next trip.

“Stunning Stockholm”

Excellent Reception personnel. Most helpful with maps, tourist attractions, etc. Everyone spoke excellent English and all were pleasant. Breakfast Buffet was the most comprehensive that I've ever seen. Location is excellent, being 2 blocks from central station; three blocks from the bridge to Gamla Stan; and 2 blocks from shopping district.

“Great for couples”

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, everything was first class and the staff were very customer focused. The location was perfect with so many eateries, can be quite pricey though! I would recommend taking a 40 minute bus journey from the Arlanda airport (Airport Coaches - Flygbussarna) to the City Terminal. A short walk through the terminal will take you to the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel within 10 minutes. I initially took a taxi and was charged approximately £20 for that journey, but the beautiful time I spent at the hotel superseded this unjustifiable charge! First class!

“Above and beyond the call of duty.”

Cannot commend front of house staff enough, very friendly and recommended loads of great places to eat, even rummaged for ages to find my boyfriend a fed-ex container to take home some posters in one piece. Above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

“Ideal hotel for sightseeing”

The hotel is well within reasonable walking distance of the station where one arrives from Arlanda Airport. You walk past the brassierie (see below). The staff were very warm and friendly. The room was quiet. The Costa Cafe was both convenient and a sound cheaper alternative for breakfast The hotel is very well placed for sightseeing Ther is an excellent brassierie very close by nearly opposite the station with Swedish food at a good price

“Great location, great hotel”

Excellent spot - great location, a five minute walk from the Central Train & Bus Stations. Fantastic staff, the concierge couldn't do enough for you, checking websites, directions and recommendations for restaurants, tips about places to go, things to do etc. A very good hotel at reasonable rates.

“Perfect position for central Stockholm”

I had to change room as the original one was vey smelly ! But hotel very accommodating and moved me to a different room.

“Great hotel to stay at for a first trip”

The central location makes this an ideal hotel for a first visit to Stockholm. Many of the key tourist attractions are within walkng distance or a short metro ride away. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They even gave me a small birthday gift! Definitely recommend the Sheraton.
