“The bed was old and worn out, sagging. Asked to switch rooms in hopes bed would be better and was told that’s not an option. Had to check out and pay for another room somewhere else shortly after checking in due to not being able to sleep on such uncomfortable bed. Staff didn’t care. Sauna was out of order also. Room smelled bad too. Spend the extra $60 for a nicer place somewhere else.”

“The lobby is most welcoming with the area behind the registration a mural displaying a plane on the runway departure. Breakfast was included. Coffee and Tea also available in the lobby seating area. A nice fire place outside to relax. The Hotel service team were very responsive. Our TV did not work upon arrival. They came immediately and knew what to do, given new S/W.
Upon departure, I shared with the staff at the front desk my room observations i.e. sink not draining well and freezer...

“Standard 2 star inexpensive motel, above average. Clean rooms, helpful staff, decent breakfast, easy parking, 5 min from airport with free shuttle. Cons: right by highway and del taco, noisy outside until late. Strange layout, with no elevator access from lobby. Breakfast downstairs. Not recommended for handicap accessible. Rooms had no USB ports, only plugs, no secure wifi. Tiny tvs if you care! Fine layover spot but certainly not a destination location.”

“We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room.
I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked...
