The space
This 3 bedroom/2 full bath chalet style homes steps up to a spacious wooden deck. You enter the house in the mudroom with plenty of cubbies and storage to hold all of your beach or ski gear.

The open floor plan features a newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and all of the kitchen gadgets and appliances you need to cook any meal. There are two indoor dining areas, with enough seating for 12. The kitchen also opens up to the deck at the sliding door. The deck is equipped with a propane grill and seating for at least 10 at the table. There is an additional outdoor couch and rocking chairs to enjoy a lazy dinner or watch the deer while you enjoy your morning coffee.

There are two bedrooms and one full bath on this level. Both of these bedrooms feature a queen size bed with high quality linens (for an extra fee) and pillows, dressers, a closet with hangers, USB ports and chargers, and a smart TV so you can catch up on your favorite series you're binging or watch the news. The full bath has a tub/shower combo, perfect for toddlers or small children, hair dryer, and towels.

The kitchen steps down to the a sunken living room, featuring 2 large couches and a comfy chair. There is also a gas stove to cozy up with on a cold night after skiing.

There are also steps up from the kitchen to the loft, which is being used as a kids bunk area. The bunk area features two triple bunks to comfortably sleep six. The kids will love the storage areas next to each bed, built in lights for reading in bed, and secret room that can be used as a kids only hang out. The loft also has its own smart TV and a sectional will be arriving in early June. There is also a desk that could be used as a workspace in the loft and a huge closet. This closet holds all of the things you will need like ironing board, iron, steamer, Pack N Play, puzzles, games, toys, and extra towels.

There is another bedroom upstairs as well, featuring a queen bed and a twin bed. This bedroom also has a smart tv, walk in closet with shelves and hangers, and a dresser. There is another full bath upstairs as well with a walk in shower, hair dryer, and linens (available for an extra fee).

The property also has an enormous garage that is currently being converted into a game room, with a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, and corn hole you can play in or outdoors! We also own a canoe and three kayaks.

Additionally, the home has a good sized yard for kids to run around and play. There is a fire pit in the yard for a campfire and s’mores.
Guest access
The house has a huge driveway and u shaped parking area in the front of the home. Towamensing Trails permits 4 cars with each rental, and a small additional fee will be charged at the office for additional cars.

If you choose to take advantage of this wonderful home, you will need to complete a rental agreement, which will give you a car/garbage pass and wristbands that give you access to the pool (seasonal May - September), beach, playground, marina, tennis courts and all other amenities.

They will also issue you a trash pass for you to dispose of you trash.

Other things to note
The front door has a keypad. I will give you the keypad information closer to check in. There is a House Rules binder in the house with much more info.

Before you leave, I ask that you strip the beds (if you used the linens) and wash any dishes, pots, pans, etc. that you may have used during your stay. Please check the home for any items that you may have left behind as well.
