Nice hotel, a little inconveniently located
We found the room comfortable and cool after the Barcelona heat. The staff allowed us to check in early, nice. The breakfast buffet was not included but not too expensive, and pretty okay though nothing special. The hotel isn't real close to the city centre nor to the airport. Singuerlin is the closest metro stop but requires a change; Santa Coloma gets you straight to Catalunya but requires a longer walk. Either way the ride is about half an hour to the city plus another half hour by bus to the airport.

Me alojé en el hotel el jueves dia 30 de noviembre por una operacion que me havian en vall d' Hebron el viernes, la chica de recepción muy amable. Pero mi sorpresa fue lo caro que cobran por una simple hamburguesa con queso, me queje y en menos de media hora estaban intentando abrir mi habitacion, yo estaba dentro , sali al oir el trasteo en la puerta y me dijeron que venian a mirar si el plegatin estaba abierto, dije que se equicaban... Baje a recepción a quejarme de que me estaban intentando abrir la puerta y me veo a la misma persona en recepción y me contestan que estaban intentando localizarme!! el hotel sabe mi habitacion donde me hospedo y no tienen que venir con mentiras a mi puerta... O sea muy , muy decepcionada con el hotel... No volvere al hotel ibis santa coloma .

Un hôtel parfait pour un cours séjour à Barcelone. En voiture, il est très bien situé puisque la voie rapide est juste à côté. Sans prendre le parking si on accepte de tourner maximum 5/10’ on finit toujours par trouver une place à moins de 5min à pieds. A recommandé si l’on cherche un hotel dans un budget convenable mais pas dans le centre. Quartier calme avec plusieurs restaurants à proximité

I spent two weeks here in August 2023 to visit my daughter who studies in Barcelona. The attention that the staff provides is really outstanding, from the interns doing rotations at the front desk to the fixed staff working there including the staff at the bar, at the restaurant and the management staff. Everybody goes out of their way to make sure your stay will be unforgettable. Arriving at 11:00 am and finding a room ready for me (when the check in time was at 14:00) is something to be grateful for. The rooms are impeccably clean and with modern equipment. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. Nothing failed during those two weeks. At about half the stay I was approached by some of the management staff because apparently there was a water leak above my room (I never noticed anything). The changed me to another room and graciously provided me with a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. Really the stay at this property has been amazing in a trip that had to be perfect and special, and the people at Ibis did all they could to make sure that was how it would turned out. Kudos to this hotel. Of course it is worth to stay here. At the end of the day, who cares if there is no pool or gym? What was really necessary (clean rooms and excellent attention) was there. And all with a very accessible price. I cannot recommend this property enough.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend.. its a very nice hotel and very clean.. the area is a little bit far from the center but it wouldn't be an issue since the subway can drop you 500 meters away from the hotel but keep in mind that subways are available from 5:am to midnight (12:00am) otherwise you will need to use certain buses or Uber... I didn't use uber in barcelona because public transportation is excellent breakfast is good but I would suggest more egg based options.. rooms do not include safe boxes... the staff are very professional and the area is good all in all it was a pleasant experience and I give it the five stars 🌟
