Hello, thank you for leaving us a review, though we are sorry if you had any inconveniences. We do our best to provide a good experience and give assistance. You may have missed it, there is a specific area where you can find all the plates, glasses, knives, fork and ustensile necessary to eat. We provide soap and sponge and ask our guest to kindly clean their dishes, even though we also provide a wahing machine. We do not have a stove but we have a grill, microwave, fridge and hot water available at any time. We'll keep on working to improve our facilities. Thank you for staying with us. Regards

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolé si vous avez mal vécu votre séjour parmi nous. Votre commentaire nous surprend car nous sommes tous très impliqués pour répondre aux mieux à nos invités. Le wifi fonctionne très bien dorénavant et nous n'offrons pas de serviette incluse car nous proposons des prix très attractifs tout en étant l'unique auberge située juste en face de la plage. Nous en proposons en revanche en location pour les personnes qui en auraient besoin. Les lits sont faits systématiquement et s'il y a quelconque soucis nous sommes là 24h/24 pour répondre et assister. Nous vous remercions malgré tout d'avoir séjourné au sein de notre auberge et prenons en compte toute remarque. Cordialement

Hi, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. Please note that some of our rooms do have a window, we'd be happy to locate our guest in one of those according to availability. You can also use the big area that is used as a restaurant during the day, and it is reserved as a guest's common area without restaurant opening in the morning and at night until midnight.
