Grand Luxor Hotel - Terra Mitica Theme Park Tickets Included

Have stayed several times at this nice hotel when we do a short trip from Orihuela costa where we have our apartment and I have Always been impressed by the standard and pleasant and professional personell. It is really convenient to just pass the parking and you are inside of Terra Mitica. And the pool and evening buffe is good. What was really a disappointment this was the hotel policy when we tried for several weeks to add one more Child to our booking. We had a room for 2 adults and two childred but it was only one children on the original booking. Due to several reasons where we able and in a need to bring a cousin to our son at the same age. Hotels.com did their very best through several phone calls and mails but the hotel refused. To add one more Child to the same room we booked should cost the double amount as we paid for the room. To save more then 150 euro my wife stayed home and I Went alone with the Children so they could go together. At the evening dinner we could see that the hote was about empty (10 other guests). There are several benifits when staying at the hotel such as free entrance to several theme parks in Benidorm, both on the day you check in and the day you check out. But the rules has changed over time and no clear information was given any year anywhere. So I understand why the hotel is so empty everytime we stayed here. Also in peak season we have been alone at the pool etc. This summer we cannot go because new policy says you cannot book 1 night

Allt var toppen! Kunde inte ha varit bättre.

Stora fina rum. En lyxig och ren känsla. Oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stort utbud av glutenfria produkter. Gratis inträde till Mundomar och Terra Mitica var toppen. Men behövs bil då hotellet ligger en bit från centrum
