Nära allt; natur som är fantastisk, Europas snyggaste surfare är ett stenkast bort, gudomligt spa där du känner dig helt privat och hemma, förstklassig shopping utanför på gatan. Du kan få hjälp med allt. Här är du kunglig! Passa på att äta något i den sagolika restaurangen också. Personalen kan service när den är som allra bäst, ett föredöme! Detta är ett minne för livet :)

I have stayed several times here, almost everytime I've been to Biarritz, and the reception has always been courteous and professional. The rooms have always been beautiful and luxuriously well appointed. Each arrival has been lovely, with reception, check in, car and luggage, and in all my stays, there was only one problem, that was quickly, and graciously, resolved. The hotel is right on the beach, and it's an easy walk down to dig your toes in the sand! It has become a welcome refuge.

Uma boa experiência, acomodação boa, mas faltava uma banheira, já que a acomodação não era a mais simples. O hotel é mais bonito e impressionante por fora do que por dentro, o café é bom mais não justifica o valor cobrado. O que mais valeu a experiência foi a vista maravilhosa para o mar.

Magnifique mais…
Un séjour annuel dans cet hôtel magnifique et magnifiquement situé dans Biarritz. Toutefois, il manque ce petit plus Palace : par exemple, aucun accueil en chambre, pas le moindre fruit ou boisson, chocolat d’un seul coté du lit le soir, visiblement des saisonniers qui n’ont pas les codes de ce genre d’hôtel : la jeune fille qui fait tomber le balais dans le couloir des chambres à nos pieds et qui lâche une injure plutôt qu’une excuse, plage piscine fermée car météo menaçante : on comprend que les matelas ne soient pas installés mais on pourrait quand même avoir une serviette pour s’assoir sur des assises humides alors que le soleil revient.., en quelques sortes on a l’impression que cet hôtel est attentif à la clientèle tres tres fortunée -étrangère majoritairement- mais que si on est le client plus basique avec une chambre plus standard on ne compte pour rien . C’est vraiment dommage et ce n’est pas le cas dans d’autres hôtels du même standing ailleurs dans le monde !

总体来说酒店非常漂亮,地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房,卫生间没有浴缸,也没有独立的冲淋空间,马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内,每次冲淋完,整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的,包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间,感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃,甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高,1600欧元一晚上,卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善

This is my third stay at the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz and my best stay. The staff was warm, welcoming, and they remembered me from my last two visits. My husband and I felt well cared for and respected. I don't know if we received a room upgrade, but it felt like we did because we had a room with beautiful views of the city and ocean. Dinner on the terrace last night, with the ocean and sunset, were a definite plus!

A truly 5 star hotel/ resort. From the moment we arrived we felt special, ppl at the front desk couldn’t be nicer. Beautiful room with a view of the lighthouse and the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Walk everywhere. Free shuttle to the train station. Good if pricey breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant we didn’t like especially seaweed dessert 😢. Lobster in beet juice didn’t impress us. But that’s a separate entity I guess and not the hotel. Thank you Hotel du Palais Biarritz! We love you.

Staying at the Hotel du Palais was absolutely magical. The hotel is one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen and the views are stunning. Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful. Our whole stay the staff could not have been more courteous or professional. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we only booked 2 nights. Had we known what a gem this resort was I would have wanted at least 4. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

En general todo muy bien. No obstante, al desayuno le faltaba por ejemplo más surtido de quesos, lo demás muy bien. Vistas espléndidas y lujo en todas las estancias, salones y habitación. Me pareció mal no tener bidé en el baño, que tenía espacio suficiente, y sobretodo estando en Francia. A parte de estas pequeñas críticas, estás en un palacio y se nota. Nos regalaron una botella de champadme servida en la habitación que nos encantó.

The breakfast service is understaffed. Not the staff's fault, obviously. They do their best. Management needs to answer, though. A flagship property with one of the most stunning ocean views in the world, yet not enough staff to allow guests to fully enjoy the environment and experience.
