Amazing location and walking distance to the beach. The room was very clean. The restaurant by the pool was a perfect place for breakfast with reasonable prices. Walking distance to Poblado Boqueron was a plus.

The property is well kept..furniture could use an upgrade (stained chair and bed boards). The staff and reception were excellent. Room had the amenities needed. We couldnt connect to wifi internet. Overall very pleased..looking forward to returning in the future.

The hotel was clean and safe. Beach and shops were close by. The restaurant needs to open earlier for breakfast and stay open until seven for dinner week days.

The location of this hotel is very ideal. Walking distance to Boqueron beach and the town with shops and dining. Parking was great too. The hotel itself is outdated and needs new furnishings. The keycard system doesn't work and hasnt for months. Apparently they are waiting for a new system but its on back order. You need someone from the front desk to come with you to your room to let you in each time with the key. This is also a problem for housekeeping since they have to be let in to clean the rooms. Most of the guests would leave the latch sticking out to get back in their rooms with ease. Chairs, sofas have questionable stains and really outdated. Floor grout is black when it used to be a light gray. We kept shoes on the whole time. Our bedding smelled like urine. Sheets were clean so I imagine it was the mattress but didnt want to look. There were cockroaches in the room too. When i unpacked my bag at the airport hotel one came out of my suitcase, eager to check out too. We knew for the price it may have not been in the best condition but it rated over 4.0 with Expedia. Just wasnt expecting the inconvenience of bugs and having to be escorted to the room each time. I would not recommend until they update the place.

Really outdated property with dirty rooms and weird smell. We paid for a two bedroom suite and our kids refused to sit/sleep in certain areas. Pool area had potential but is in dire need of TLC - it had black mildew all along the sides. Worst part of it was that the keys didn’t even work. You had to get a staff member to open the door for you every time you left and returned. One upside, the location was fantastic. Easy beach access and the cute town of Boqueron is a 3 minute walk. But even so, we will not be returning here.

Convenient location, nice pool. Restaurant on premises. Room was okey but key for rooms were not working so it was very inconvenient the entire stay. One employe had to open our room every time we went out.
