Beläget bara några minuter från golfstränder och Anna Maria ön. Mycket eftertraktade New Bradenton plats. Nära till många attraktioner under några minuters bilresa. En av Florida och Amerikas favoritdestinationer. Flera stränder inom några minuters bilresa från byns gröna! Kom och njut lite kul i solen!

3 sovrum / 2 badrum helt ombyggda. Detta hem var nyligen målade och ombyggda. Tillsammans med en frukostbar har köket nya svarta rostfria vitvaror, skåp, granitplattor och kakelgolv. Matplatsen är öppen för vardagsrummet som har kakelgolv, soffor, en platt-TV. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, 2 stora garderober, kakelgolv och nyrenoverat bad. Den första gästerna BR har 2 enkelsängar, kakelgolv och en stor garderob. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, kakelgolv och en annan stor garderob. Ett nyligen ombyggt badrum med duschkabin och fåfänga skiljer de två gästrummen. Vackert anlagd gård med fin uteplats utanför baksidan.

Det stora sovrummet och gästrummet har också nya golv så lätt att underhålla och komma runt.

We stayed 4 nights, The internet was not working upon our arrival and it wasnt fixed until noon the next day. The lanai had a foul smell and was extremely dirty. This room wasnt able to be utilized the entire time. The door leading to the outside patio was hard to open and close. An accident waiting to happen. The outside patio furniture was dirty with pollen and dried droppings. The charcoal barbecue was also dirty. It was also positioned up against the house which would suggest that the owner didnt want it used. Even though the bin next to it was stocked with fresh bags of briquettes. The propane barbecue was covered. Never before in all my rentals was i expected to remove a cover in order to use a barbecue. Not being able to use any of them was a huge let down for my family and I. On the third afternoon of our stay the A/C started to turn on and off constantly. That evening we had no choice but to wait for the repairman even though the owner lives less than 3 miles from the rental. The repairman showed at 7 and stated the drain line was clogged due to lack of maintenance. The following morning the owner made an appearance without warning and during the evening the issue with the A/C arose again. We reached out to the owner again to no avail. I am sure this review is embarrassing to the owner. We do have videos and photos upon request. The reason 2 stars was given is because the owner was prompt in ensuring our internet connection was restored. I am employed remotely.

Wonderful

The house and all furnishing were beautiful and clean. It was as described in the bio. The neighborhood was very quiet and located near several stores and restaurants. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults (including 2 aged parents). The open floor space and shower stall are perfect for mobility challenged individuals. Great place!

Clean and spacious enough for our family of four. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We did not cook much but the kitchen seemed to have all the items we needed. There were plenty of towels. Having a washer and dryer available was a plus. Owner left clear and simple house instructions so we really did not need to communicate with him at all while we were there. We would stay here again!

Great family weekend together

We stayed two nights at this property, four adults and two teenage children. Plenty of room, everything was very clean, comfortable beds. We were even able to keep our cars in the garage. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very comfortable stay. No regrets

We were here for a family funeral. We found the house very comfortable and inviting with lovely furnishings. The coffee (thank you for the creamer) as well as the treats were very welcome when we arrived as it was a long journey. We also appreciated the full bar of soaps, lotion and paper products. The bottled water was also very welcome. We didn’t have to run out for anything but could just relax for a bit. The attention to detail was noticed! The only issue is the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sinks but the shower pressure was perfect. Thank you for the comfortable environment during a difficult time.

Awesome Rental Home

Perfect stay in Bradenton, FL

We enjoyed a perfect stay in Bradenton! House was exactly as advertised! So many unexpected, but appreciated, extras…full bag of coffee, fresh container of half and half, numerous extra rolls of toilet tissue, etc. Highly recommend. Would definitely book again! Kim was a joy with whom to work!
