Patio doors located in the dining room will take you out to the spacious deck where you will find everything you need for year-round entertaining with a built-in Kitchen Aid grill, outdoor heaters, an outdoor dining table, patio chairs for 16, and a fire pit. In the wintertime, sit under the ceiling heaters or warm up by the fire pit as you take in the fresh mountain air, and in the summertime enjoy meals alfresco in this luxurious outdoor living space!

Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and outdoor spaces which include a private backyard and a spacious deck. Guests will have access to two parking spots in the double garage, as well as two smaller spots in front of the garage.

Located in the Peak 7 area, you are just a 4-minute drive to Peaks Trail, an eight-mile trek in the White River National Forest that runs from Breckenridge to Frisco and offers stunning mountain views. Or, head over to Iowa Hill, where you will find a lightly-trafficked trail loop in a beautiful forest setting. Biking enthusiasts should be sure to check out the Blue River Bikeway, a paved trail that traverses nine miles and is great for all skill levels and ages. When it's time to relax, check out Broken Compass Brewing, one of the best breweries around just three miles away. From here you are just a 12-minute bus ride into Breckenridge Station, where you can easily connect to other routes taking you all over Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. -Pets, including ESA's, are not allowed. The owners of this home have an extreme allergy to all dogs. If you have a certified service animal, we'd really appreciate you letting us know in advance so that we can arrange the proper cleaning protocols.
-Like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
-Street parking is not allowed, if guests are parked on the street they will be towed immediately in accordance with country rules.
-Keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
-4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasnât snowed in a few days.
