Enjoy your stay at the most beautiful beach villa in the very exclusive Novaispania/Quivira Golf development. An astounding indoor-outdoor home great for a perfect vacation to entertain large families or guests. Spend the day in the spacious backyard with a private heated infinity pool and waded entry for little ones, a hot tub, and full outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. End your night relaxing by the fire pit.
Sleeps 12 people with 4 Bedrooms (2 masters suites, 2 guest bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds). Fully decorated and furnished 4200 sq ft and equipped with Viking appliances in a huge open concept, granite kitchen.
Just a short shuttle ride away, pick from more than 24 bars and restaurants or walk to the renowned Quivira Steakhouse for breakfast, lunch, or the most romantic water-front dinner in Cabo, stroll through the outstanding Montecristo Clubhouse/Quivira Marketplace, enjoy a massage and fabulous view of the Pacific at the beachfront The Pacifica Spa resort & Sunset Beach Armonia Spa.
This oasis is gated for your ultimate privacy. The property comes with a Concierge to help you coordinate endless excursions to choose from including scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, snorkeling, jet skiing, and much more. To get around, rent the golf cart for an additional $48/day (not included in rental fee) or use the 24 hour free shuttle van service to/from the main resort (about 8-10 minute ride to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife).
Ask us about our premier Silver and Platinum all inclusive food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage packages before your stay. Our Concierge would also be happy to coordinate in-villa meal delivery, a private chef, server and bartender services.

Stunning property, outstanding service

This property is over the top —spacious, well appointed, gorgeous views, numerous places inside and out to relax and enjoy the location. There is access to multiple restaurants or easy dine-in options, daily housekeeping and pool/property services as well as a butler for any concierge needs. It has all the benefits of a spectacular home with the benefits of hotel service. Best of all, the host is incredibly responsive and accommodating and was in close contact if necessary (although it wasn’t necessary). I can’t say enough positive about it. Be aware that check-in is at the Montecristo lobby which can be crowded and can take awhile. I didn't reduce the rating because the host made it as smooth as possible and we had no issues — it’s the nature of the property location. Just be prepared that the first hour of your arrival will be an extension of the travel process. You’ll put it immediately behind you once you get to the villa.
