Our home is perfect for big families, girls trip, wedding parties, & workgroups. We're tucked away in Chicago's Jefferson Park neighborhood, one of the safest enclaves in the city.

-Memory foam mattresses (no inflatable beds or cots)!
-Full kitchen w/fridge,range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee&tea maker, pots&pans,etc
-Fast Wifi-300 mbps
-2 car garage
-conveniently located a few blocks away from trains, bus lines,& expressways
-10 min drive to ORD
-lots of toys/boardgames for kids

- Graco Snug Ride car seat available upon request, but I require a 100% REFUNDABLE deposit of $60. I just want to ensure it gets returned!

We provide all memory foam mattresses, no cots or air beds, so you can rest well. There's no need to strip bedding or make the bed.... we will remove and launder.

I lived in a suitcase for a long time, so I hope to anticipate your needs! Please let me know if you have any addition questions or requests.

A few important rules:

-No outside visitors or extra guests without prior approval from the host. By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.

-Also, *no marijuana OR tobacco smoking* is allowed in the house. It lingers in the carpets, walls, and curtains.

Family reunion

We all met in Chicago this year for our annual family reunion. Since we all live in different states this was the first time we’ve all met together in our home state. Property was perfect for our group.

Spacious house, great for large family

Very spacious 3-story house, with bedrooms on each floor. Comfortable beds, and bedrooms have lots of space. Well-equipped, modern kitchen for preparing meals for a large group. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one big space, which was worked out very well for our group, especially our Christmas celebration. Garage was helpful, though there should be two garage door openers, one for each vehicle. Extra cards didnt have trouble parking a block or two away. Also, maybe not important to everyone, but we would prefer warmer, yellow-tinted lighting to the white lighting used in most of the house, which we find uninviting. But overall an excellent place for our large family to gather. Our group had no small children, but there seem to be some nice amenites for kids if wanted. Welcome snacks and water were a nice touch, and communication was good.

Family Vacation

I recently stayed at this property, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Every room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had a great night's sleep each night. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were available to answer any questions throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we had a fantastic stay was evident from the start. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Jefferson park home review

This property is exactly as it appears on the VRBO website.It is BEAUTIFUL and extremely spacious.I had 10 guests and we were quite comfortable. The host Sarah is kind, empathetic and responsive. The house was well kept, generally clean, welcoming/warm and homely. I liked the fact that there were amenities available that catered to our every need. The beds were exceptionally COMFORTABLE. The host had everything ready for us-some water, snacks, beds made, towels.This was helpful. The location was good because it is not far from O'hare airport and stores. It was mostly clean but we found some dirty spots in the rooms and bathrooms and also some of the utensils were dirty so we had to clean and rewash. The basement has a room but there is only 1 window but not much ventilation.Not sure how ventilation can be improved there.It gets quite stuffy. We were 11 people so we ran out of supplies quickly like paper towels and garbage bags which we had to buy because the host only gives a certain amount.Maybe this can be looked into based on the number of people and the number of days they will stay. I am not sure if it is because of the timezone but my check in information was not on the website when I needed it and I had to call the host and was helped immediately. THANK YOU SARAH for opening up this beautiful space to my family and I.It was such a wonderful stay.
