This one bedroom apartment has an open layout. When you walk in, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked galley kitchen. There is a dining table with four seats, plenty of space to work from home or dig in to a great meal.
The living room is complete with a Article leather sofa, coffee table, and 50" TV where you can login to our Netflix account or login to one of your own subscriptions.
The bedroom boasts a king size mattress that's super comfortable, but a closet for you to hang all of your belongings and store your suitcase.
The full bathroom has floor to ceiling marble tile. We provide quality amenities, such as Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. See below for a more detailed list of what we provide. If you have any questions, you can reach out to us and we'd be happy to help!

You will be granted access via smart lock. You will have the entire apartment to yourself plus, there is coin operated laundry that's shared with other units in the basement of the building.

The Victorian Village is famous for its charming streets, adorned with leafy trees and lined with homes from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. You'll find a diverse range of architectural styles, including Gothic Revival mansions, Second Empire villas, and Queen Anne houses. If you wander through the village, you'll come across pathways that intersect in the expansive Goodale Park, where annual music festivals take place. Just overlooking the park, the Pizzuti Collection showcases contemporary art exhibitions and offers a sculpture garden that's free to explore.

This apartment is located up a flight of stairs on the second floor. Also, as you'll see in the pictures there is a slanted ceiling above the bed. This is a staircase. You will hear footsteps from time to time so if you're a light sleeper, contact us and we can share with you a more suitable listing.
Parties and events are not allowed in our home. We have a zero tolerance policy.
Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in & late checkouts are not possible due to enhanced cleaning measures. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.
Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We have cameras. Please do not violate this rule.
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit.
Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily.
Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Our pet fee is $35/pet per night with a $200 monthly cap. We have cameras. Please do not sneak your pet onto our property. While we understand your dog is very well behaved, in our experience, even the most well behaved dogs can act up when in a space they're unfamiliar with. Our pet fee stands for all approved dogs. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
INTERNET ACCESS: Our property has wireless internet as a courtesy for our Guests; however, this service can sometimes be erratic. We make every effort to ensure this service is working properly, but we are not responsible for problems with internet service or Guestâs computer. We do not provide any technical support and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
We do our best to make sure all advertised amenities are in working order upon the arrival of our guests. Although rare, sometimes amenities will stop working without warning. We will make every effort to get amenities back up and running or replace the amenity to the best of our ability. In the event the downed amenity is unable to be used during a stay for a mechanical reason, and the Guest has properly notified us, we will refund the Guest $15 for every 24 hours they are unable to use the amenity due to mechanical failure. We do not refund money for problems associated with improper use by Guest.
Pets are NOT allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own linens if your approved pet will be in the bed during your stay. An additional fee of $50.00, above and beyond the pet fee, will be charged if excess amounts of pet hair are found on our linens.
We use video surveillance around the exterior of the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels.
Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.
If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $40 per clean.
