"The interior design reminded me of an 80’s horror movie. And the hallways of the lucid dreams out of Twin Peaks. When I arrived to my room the carpet was soaked in a large enough spot to cover up some large spill. Considering the overall look of the room I could only imagine what had happened in it before I got there. My socks soaked from stepping in it, I looked for the controller to the AC. Once I figured out it was out of service and the wall AC box, sounding like a wood mill, had a warning sign not to touch it, I called the front desk… who told me to touch it. I was confused but managed to get it down a nob from freezing to just arctic winds. The next morning I tried the gym and saw the dirty pool - which you do have to pay an extra resort fee for - and although functional, the late 70’s update to equipment perhaps shouldn’t be used by a novice. Besides that the food in the restaurant tasted like poison and they tried to charge me for my prepaid breakfast. If I was Hotels.com I would seriously consider removing this listing. I have stayed at some shady places but none that charge me as much for a night as The Wynn in Vegas. Super deserving of a minus star rating and a warning not to chose this location."

"Bra hotell med bra service. Perfekt för besök till Universal Studios. Rent, bra dusch med bra tryck. "

"Worn down, food froze in the fridge, on lowest setting, rain poured in on the sides of the windows, event visitors crowded the lobby and lots of noice from the airport (and that was expected). But the personnel were nice and helpful, the cleaning lady was fantastic and the bed was good."

"Läget är helt perfekt , nära LAX , nära de stora hyrbilsfirmorna , när de stora genomfartsvägarna. Men skicket på rummen har mer att önska - det börjar bli slitna nu och detta i kombination med att priserna kraftigt har stigit känns inte helt ok. Det verkar som om alla pengar på renovering har gått åt till lobbyn , som verkligen ä stilren och snygg. Men rummen är som sagt slitna , t.ex var vårt badkar sunkigt ( dom hade slitit ut hallmattan så alla limrester var kvar ) dörrarna börjar flagna , vissa saker ( bl.a. toalettpappers hållaren , lampknapp , ett vägguttag ) satt lösa Sedan är hela poolområdet verkligen i behov av en uppfräschning - det enda som stämmer med fotona på dra hemsida från poolområdet är proportionerna - hela poolområdet är mycket slitet. "

"Bra hotell med bra läge. Frukost ingår, men när vi bodde där strejkande personalen så det fanns ingen frukost. Hotellet hade fått 5/5 om det funnits ersättande frukost och om parkering på hotellet hade varit billigare. "

"Modernt, rent och snyggt hotell med utmärkt läge för den som vill vara centralt placerad i Downtown LA. Här klarar man sig utmärkt utan bil. Det är nära till Union Station och ännu närmare till två Metro-stationer som tar dig till exempelvis Hollywood eller Santa Monica. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig, frukosten bra, och det var trevligt att hänga i baren på kvällen. Uppskattade möjligheten att avböja städning via en ipad på rummet. Enda minus var att kuddarna var för tjocka för min smak."
