Great coastal Oregon stay!

Really nice condo with plenty of space and excellent views of the coast line. I was a little worried when we discovered that the unit did not provide air conditioning, but the cooler coastal climate was perfect and made the stay really enjoyable.

2024 Sister Trip

The property did not disappoint. Location was perfect. Quiet area & only 1 block from 101. Townhouse was very clean & we were very happy with it. It was very nice to have a garage to park in. Location was perfect. Close to Newport & Lincoln City.

Excellent all around

Very clean. One of the few places we rented and where you get inside and it smells clean, nice and inviting. That is the first impression and sets the tone for the whole stay. Well furnished with everything one can need. One small negative was the window lock on the upstairs bedroom was broken. We highly recommend the property for a stay on the Oregon coast. We will come back in the future! Thank you and keep up the good work.

Excellent place to stay!

We really enjoyed our weekend at this VRBO..It was such a nice clean and quiet place to stay! The bed was comfortable! The only downside is that we had to go home. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Love this property

Well, we had a rocky start upon check in. Because of a miscommunication the home had not been cleaned. Once we reached the host, Mark, he jumped on it & got everything taken care of. The cleaners cleaned up as fast as they could and we were in about 9pm. Things happen, but Mark & Evolve made up for it in every way they could. We had a great stay in this lovely home & look forward to going back soon. Highly recommend.

Great location and property.

Very spacious property overall. The only issue was the soft beds. All 3 bedrooms had very soft mattresses. Couch was very hard on the other scale. We could walk to Main Street and wonderful that they not only allow pets but they had a dog dish, extra blankets and poop bags.

Beautiful location, too warm

The house and location were beautiful. It was unexpectedly hot while we were here in early October and the house (especially upper floor) was very warm. It cooled down at night but that was our only complaint. Everything else about place was great.

Location Location Location!

Better looking than the photos! Well equipped kitchen, great beds and a very nice view! Easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops. A few maintenance issues that appear to be long standing, reflect a lack of attention on this lovely property. Take note, we could not use the garage as our vehicle had a roof top carrier in place and the entry was to low.

Nice location,clean modern feel

Nice property, but I have to agree with other guest that sofa is not at all comfortable. Wish there was more storage for clothes in bedroom, such as shelves or small chest of drawers. Loved everything else! Great food at bay view Thai kitchen and the Horn.
