Welcome to Sandy Pelican! Featuring 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the separate carriage house (perfect for teens or in-laws!), this spacious beach house sleeps up to 16 guests. Sandy Pelican has 2 living areas and 2 kitchens, making it ideal for large groups and families.

SWIMMING POOL:
▶Pool/Spa Heating: $200 Weekly/$40 Per Day (must be for entire stay)

★Please note: The spill over spa is NOT a hot tub and in order to enjoy spa heating, guests must opt in having the entire pool/spa heated and can only heat up to 90 degrees.

As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

BACKYARD
-The backyard has outdoor chairs and loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.

PARKING:
▶There is parking for 4 vehicles in the single lane driveway. We recommend you carpool to bring the minimum number of vehicles possible.

Parking extra vehicles at nearby parking lots are an option (all within a minute drive from the house). NO parking on the grass, streets, or sidewalks.

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it. Any fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

* Please note: Guests will NOT have access to the garage.

★Baby Gear: We provide a Pack-n-Play & High Chair.

★Beach Gear: We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.

Make sure you fully understand Beach Access and your rights. Our hosts were very responsive. The kids loved the pool and we ended up using Henderson Beach almost the entirety of our trip. A golf cart would have been nice since we had to park in a row/driveway.

The whole experience was perfection!! The hosts were very helpful in my ample of questions leading up to our stay and you can tell they thought of the small details in the home! The bedrooms have sound machines, and the blackout curtains with young kids let this mama sleep in on vacation! HIGHLY recommend this home!

We loved this house. It was exactly as listed. Close to the beach. Pool was great. A lot of space for our family. Host was super responsive and did everything to make our stay great. We will definitely be back!

This house was fantastic! It definitely had enough room for my entire family and the hosts were so gracious! They were quick to respond with any questions that we had and even delivered cookies upon our arrival! Definitely a 5 star experience!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! The open living room area downstairs is huge and absolutely beautiful. Very clean which is super important to us. The host provides way more than most! We had shampoo, conditioner & body wash in every bathroom! They provided the dishwasher soap, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels! They had fun games, books, beach chairs, a cooler, baby stuff and so much more! We had one small issue with the pool heating but when I messaged the host they were there in 15 minutes and fixed it immediately. Also unlike others they did not have a huge list of check out requirements. Very impressive and we will book this beautiful home again! Loved the separate housing / bedroom out back for my adult daughter as well!

We had a great time staying at Robert and Kourtney's place! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to the grocery stores. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. The house is very clean and spacious. Also, the kitchen is well-equipped. It has all sorts of pans, utensils, paper towels, and two big refrigerators. The beds are all clean and very comfortable, and we slept well every night. Robert and Kourtney are very responsive. We experienced a power outage in one room. They sent handyman and electricity technician to the house immediately and helped us fix it very quickly. After this problem was resolved, they sent a box of cookies. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cookies.Overall we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we go to Destin in the future!
