Bar och billigt hotell
Nytt hotell med bra rum, gym och pool på taket. Frukosten är ok. Hotellet ligger ganska nära flygplatsen i ett område som håller på att växa fram. Det är ca 200 m till tunnelbanan.

Not recommended
I do not recommend this hotel because- Wrong check in time Twin room only had 1 glass of water Faulty Iron was provided to me No slippers in 4 star hotel No bathrobe; people walking half naked from swimming pool **miserable receptionist** With so many bad experiences- I did not bother trying their other services. Little basic things go a long way so there is improvement needed here.

Very close to Al Jaddaf metro station. There are two supermarket around the corner. The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. However the shower door is a bit awkward, the water is easily travel to the vanity/sink. Overall I have really good experience.

Everything was exceptionally great. Very friendly hotel staff who go out of their ways to make you feel home. Amazing breakfast buffet. Exceptional hospitality. Worth every penny. Will certainly be staying again every time I visit Dubai.

Excellent!
Incredible hotel, wonderful staff, housekeeping staff were diligent, security was excellent especially Rahim. Great breakfast buffet, pool, gym, location (superb), and they even had a shuttle service. Would recommend to anyone!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff are so friendly, positive, helpful, organized, and professional. Literally everyone working in this hotel from the reception, to security, housekeeping team, lifeguard, kitchen staff and more were so great! Rahim was especially exceptional every time we needed something, even if it was a recommendation for stores! The breakfast buffet is great! Housekeeping team deserves all the tips!! We loved staying at this hotel. The only criticism is the lighting in the actual rooms being dim. The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the metro, and an easy drive to basically anywhere, with a 24 hour pharmacy and minimart just next door. They even have a shuttle service! All around, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Cost effective Quality in Dubai
If you are visiting Dubai on a budget you can't go wrong with this hotel. It a quality hotel comfortable casual feel hotel with great staff - this is the one . It's about 200 metres from the Al Jadaf metro station so getting around is easy .

Mediocre - wouldn’t stay again
Hotel is quite far out and in an area where there aren’t many options to go out for dinner etc. Most of the roads do not have side walks. Our room was right next to a noisy construction site which started every night and ruined sleep. Towels were old and worn out and toilet didn’t have many amenities. We stayed for five nights and they didn’t change the bed sheets. Breakfast was not good, same every day and all the hot dishes seemed low quality (cheap pre-made) food with no taste. Pool area crowded and not enough sun chairs for their guests.

breakfast is not up to the mark. we have to pay for coffee, not free, it's a four-star hotel, they should provide good coffee I am not happy when asking for money for coffee .

Regular coffee is included in the buffet however, special coffee such espresso, latte, cappuccino and the likes are not included in the buffet hence it is additional charge.The coffee used for both the free coffee and from the machine is same coffee beans as well.

Nice stylish hotel
Nice basic but stylish hotel in Al Jaddaf. Only 3 or 4 minutes walk from the metro station. Lots of construction work in the area. The staff are very nice and helpful. Full buffet breakfast. Swimming pool and gym on the roof.

❤️ this place; staff friendly, helpful, courteous. Black out curtains, view from the rooftop pool fabulous. Only had breakfast there and it was delicious. Metro was across the street which was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Our stay at FORM was seamless, dubai metro is just 2 mins walk from property, there are couple of supermarket near by, which was very convenient. They also have free shuttle to Dubai Mall, festival city mall and kite beach. Food was good too. Staff member Marlon and others were very helpful.
