Mycket prisvärt hotell, men taxiresor behövs.
En helt underbar vecka. Började med att dom uppgraderade vårat rum till en lägenhet. Varför vet jag inte, men den frågan ställer man inte. Lägenheten var stor och rymlig. Allt man behövde fanns där. Dom städade varje dag och bytte lakan, mycket bra. Kom man med kassar från affären tog alltid personalen dom ur händerna på en och bar upp dom till rummet. Sängen var riktigt skön. Sista dagen fick vi sandstorm, då fick vi väldigt bra information om vad vi skulle tänka på. Negativt: Inga parasoller vid poolen, vilket är ett måste för oss skandinaver när det inte finns någon naturlig skugga. Mycket dåligt för på bilderna är det parasoller och det finns parasollfötter men inget att sätt i. Kan ju inte vara så dyrt o svårt att fixa. Området var heller ingen höjdare. Tydligen ett Indiskt område. Nästan bara indiska restauranger. Man vill ju inte åka till andra ställen med taxi varje kväll.

Old facilities and building
The building and facilities is very old. The toilet shower is very bad in my room and the room is too tight with old wooden chairs and dirty wall tiles. This is worst compare to other hotels with same price in dubai. I can't recommend this facility for anyone because it is not worth the price.

Oud hotel, ontbijt zeer matig. Hygiëne bedenkelijk tot slecht. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is groot maar kasten zonder planken zodat alles alsnog op de grind ligt. WIFI slecht. Veel zaken kapot in het appartement, op de foto’s ziet het er prachtig uit helaas is de werkelijkheid anders.

One of the worst hotel I ever spend 2 nights, that is why I left that hotel and booked another hotel for the remaining stay in Dubai, that hotel was also booked threw travelavity. So I paid for two hotels. The second hotel was excellent, every thing about that hotel the best.

Nice place to stay.
The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. Rooms are good & clean. The hotel needs to have a small Business Centre for the Guest.

Very standard and it's Does the job if you are looking for cheap place these is the one to go too, TV has only Arabic channel tho so yeah not the best.

goedkoop hotel, verwacht er niet teveel van.
Badkamer is slecht onderhouden, lekt water uit het hangplafond. Na aandringen een andere kamer gekregen.

Avoid!!
This is a horrible hotel. It looks like a nightmare inside, dark, spooky,and smelly. I suggest you dont book this place. Saving a little bit really will put you in misery staying here. So try to avoid!

Fortune Grand - Not so grand
Very simple apartment which is suffering badly from a lack of renovation (mould in bathroom, stale curtains and holes in sheets etc..) Be very careful when booking the one Bedroom apartment - it says 'Sleeps 4', but it doesn't and they will charge you for additional fold up beds. (I travelled with my wife and two children) Positives - the staff were lovely and helpful and the location is good.

The hotel was spacious and reasonably comfotable but is located in an uninspring, bland neighbourhood. The staff were pleasant enough but check in was very slow for no appatrent reason and breakfast was a bit chaotic and the food only just OK. We stayed in similar apartments last year where breakfast was better, the swimg pool area more attractive and a little closer restuarants shops etc.

Wij hadden geen ontbijt erbij genomen, er zijn genoeg supermakten (24 uur open met verse bakkerij) of andere eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Vriendelijk personeel. Het is geen 4 sterren, maar alles is netjes en er wordt ook continu schoongemaakt.

Very accessible location
I checked in twice at this property visiting from the US. Overall the property is convenient to access from DXB, approx 50 dirham cab fare. Had to wait for 2PM check in, staff was cordial and pleasant, did not budge for jet lagged customers. The first time I stayed in room 201, next to the elevator and housekeeping storage. Bed was OK, clean sheets, bathroom is so-so needing upgrades, tattered towels. Room needless to say very noisy during housekeeping hours if you want to catch some sleep. Forgot my international plug in adapter in the wall socket by bed, remembered after check out - too late, did not get it back. The next visit stayed in Room 316, again by housekeeping storage and noisy as hell. Requested change in room, was denied request politely as hotel was overbooked. Since, room looked clean enough dealt with situation, but had problems with pull out shower. The hose was broken and water sprayed everywhere, no fix, no problem. Next day, woke up with a swollen eye noticed flies in room. This room is not for the weak, do not stay here if you want cleanliness.

Nice apartment in a great location
Nice apartment, with kitchen, containing a cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Some pans and cutlery were also provided. There's a supermarket just 5 minutes walk and we got some basic provisions for about £20 that lasted the whole week (breakfast items , snacks etc). The hotel is really close to Meena Bazar if you are into shopping! it's about a 8 minute leisurely walk.

Never to stay here again. Rate this as 1*
This is not 4* more like 1*. Bedroom ok but bathroom absolutely disgusting. Toilet flush broken, shower leakage and unclean with mould and rust on on tiles. Never to stay hear again. Not recommended especially if you have kids!!!

Hôtel correct mais difficile à trouver. Il se trouve dans une petite rue. Ils sont accueillant les chambres sont bien mais on a mis 4 jours pour obtenir un sèche linge! Le seul point faible

Not of Fortune standard. Everyone who is looking to book this thinking it is a fortune hotel dont book. Although showing like a 4 star but is more like a 2 or 3 star.

The appartment was clean also a free car parking was available, however the hotel needs serious renovation the equipment in the room were old and well used, no one answered our call whether the room service or reception as we needed an extra pillow and a blanket as an overall it is a budget hotell for those who a are looking for a value for money overnight stay you will get what you have paid for at the end.

Hotel ben tenuto ma scadente in cucina.
Il frigorifero non funzionava e non lo hanno aggiustato nonostante la mia richiesta. In piscina non c' erano ombrelloni, così se non si stava attenti si rischiava una insolazione. Complessivamente per il prezzo abbastanza contenuto si può anche tollerare. Inaccettabile invece è che le finestre sono tutte bloccate e non si possono aprire.
