We liked the closeness to the subway and the friendly staff. we don't really have anything negative to say about the place (kids thought the pool was a bit cold but that is because we arrived from a hotter place:-)). Of course, since it's a "business hotel" it lacks a bit of a holiday feeling but that is what to be expected.

Semester i Dubai
Hej, Hotellet var på ett bra ställe nära kommunikation tex en station ifrån Burj Khalif, där Dubai Mall också finns. Man kan hitta taxi också men man fick hjälp av hotell personalen då dom kunde orda strörre bil om man är fler så slipper man betala extra för två taxi bilar. För vi var totalt 6 personer. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var mycket rent och daglig städning. Det ända nackdelen var att man hörde allt från grannrummet. Isoleringen var jätte dåligt. Annars var vi nöjda med allt.

Great hotel in convenient location
We are returning guests to this great hotel with its amazing view of Burj Khalifa and surrounding scyscrapers. We had a sky room on 51st floor - spectacular view! Only 30 minutes metro ride from airport, metro station just outside, very convenient. Very nice pool area open until 10 pm. Perfect for an evening swim. Friendly staff and good service overall. Free shuttle bus to several destinations, incl La Mer Beach. Some 40 minutes metro/tram ride to JBR area, which also has a good public beach. Only one metro stop from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Hotel in good contition, and what a beautiful building it is. The adjacent new Gemora hotel is even higher and has more floors, but felt a bit worn already, when we had a look inside.

Mycket bra hotell
Allt var helt underbart med detta hotell förutom när de som jobbar där försöker lura på dig dyra taxi resor och dyra upplevelser. Ta alltid en riktig taxi på egen hand. Men annars var hotellet väldigt bra bodde uppe på.64e våningen. Städningen var 3 gånger om dagen. Frukosten var helt underbar.

Waking up at 5am because they cleaning the room next to mine very loudly for more than 45 minutes, no respect. If you clean a room at 5am at least try to make it quite. Some guy called Jousha was also rude when ordering room service.

I have stayed at Rose Rayhaan before and my previous stay was alot better the first time. During our last stay me and my friend didnt get the room that we had booked so we had to change hotel room our second day. The second room we got was on a smoking floor which wasnt pleasant at all. The room service wasnt as good as the last time and we had to keep asking for facial towels even tho they are supposed to be included. Me and my friend where also very disturbed by the people staying in the room next to us so make sure you bring earplugs incase you happen to get loud neighbours. The hotel is really good for the price you pay tho and its very clean. Its pretty close to dubai mall but be aware that you have to take a taxi wherever you want to go. Also, the schampoo and conditioner is really bad so bring your own. There is an amazing arabic restaurant just a couple of meters from the hotel called Zaroob.

Utmärkt
Bra hotell som ligger bra till precis brevid tågstation Financial Centre, bara en hållplats från dubai mall. Fick ett väldigt bra bemötande när vi kom dit, dessutom blev vi uppgraderade när vi checka in så det var en kul överaskning. Bra pool med hjälpsam personal även där som hjälpte oss med att fixa solstolar. Överlag ett väldigt bra hotell.

Bra läge, rena rum och trevlig personal
Är mest nöjd med renligheten i rummet men också väldigt nöjd i allmänhet. Det enda jag saknade är det där lilla extra som många bättre hotell i Dubai brukar erbjuda som t.ex. frukt på rumet eller leksaker till barnen. Annars så är vi sjukt nöjda med hotellet.

Överlag bra dock dyr wi-fi som kostar 240kr per dygn. Minibar finns men detta hotell serverar ingen alkohol. Massage på spa får inte kvinnor ge till män. 33cl pepsi från minibar kostar 45kr.

Blev bra omhändertagen omgående då taxin stannade utanför hotellet. Kände mig välkommen. Bagaget togs om hand, taget till rummet då det blev ledigt. Vi blev bjudna på frukost medan vi väntade. Personalen trevlig och serviceinriktad. Alltid vatten på flaska när man kom på EM i rummet,

Amazing property and amazing staff! This location is super convenient and I will definitely stay here again. It is super close to all the attractions and even local eateries and a small grocery stores and pharmacies. The customer service was amazing and they communicated very well with any and all changes. The staff are super nice and true gentleman, they did not let me lift a finger.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Meter von der Metro Station entfernt von der aus man alles erreichen kann. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist teilweise leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücken kann man auf zwei verschiedenen Etagen. Wobei der unterschied hier schon deutlich war. Etage 1 war sehr neu und modern. Große und frische Auswahl an Speisen und lokalen Spezialitäten. Auf Etage 2 war die Auswahl nicht so groß und der Raum optisch ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen.

This was an amazing choice for our 1 night in Dubai. We came from a stay in the desert and it was New Year’s Eve. We booked the Burj Khalifa view room because we wanted to see the fireworks, but didn’t feel like going out into the crowds of people. The room was spacious, the hotel had added a roll-away bed for our teenager free of charge. The view was spectacular, couldn’t have been better. We sat on the bed to watch the fireworks, simply magical. It allowed us to get a good nights sleep before our flight home in the morning. Plus, the room has a washing machine (bring your own soap or get it in the supermarket around the corner from the hotel). The staff was very kind and took care of everything, fast check in/out.
