My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Directly within old town but with that comes a bit more banter outside of your window. Staff was great and included breakfast buffet was even better! Highly recommend. Parking is just outside the old town walls (8 mins walk) but was very costly (~60 euros a night).

想像以上のホテルでした。空港からのシャトルバスの停留所からそこまで遠くない距離にあります。部屋はクラシックな雰囲気でバスタブが素敵でした。アメニティはブルガリでした。朝食も豪華でした。チェックアウト前日にはフライトの時刻の確認の電話をくれて、簡単な朝ごはんを持たせてくれました（英語ができない方は注意）。また空港までのシャトルバス乗り場までスタッフがスーツケースをもって連れてってくれました。そのサービスを断ることもできますが、お願いする場合は当然チップのご用意を。ローシーズンだったこともあって静かでとても心地よい滞在となりました。大変おすすめのホテルです。

Perfect central spot to stay in the Old Town. Lively area with a morning farmers market outside and can easily explore the city. The staff we very accomodating and provided many recommendations to us. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in Duvrovnik old town. They arrange pick up at the airport and a porter at the town’s gate (no cars allowed in) to take luggage to the hotel. We had a health issue and hotel staff were great in helping us get medical attention. The restaurant there is good.

Expected more for the money…
This hotel has the potential to be an amazing place to stay however the price is exaggerated and, in addition, the condition of our room was poor. Specifically, the in-room AC unit was extremely noisy (we had to corner it between things to stop the vibrations) and the bathroom was smelly due to odors coming from the pipes. To be honest, we didn’t ask for technical help since we were staying 2 days and didn’t want to be bothered.

Pucic Palace is a fabulous hotel but during our visit they had problems with the air conditioning, and so we had touse a VERY noisy temporary system. Also on one of the evenings there was no hot water. It is an old building so these things happen.

2日間宿泊予定でしたが、南京虫がいるという理由で初日はアパートに宿泊させられました。それ自体は南京虫対策で仕方ない部分があるかもですが、2日目にアップグレードの部屋と言われて準備された部屋も狭い屋根裏部屋でした。そして夜中まで部屋の前で工事してました。 朝食は良かったですが、それ以外はあまりいいホテルとは思えません。二度と宿泊しません。

Great location in Dubrovnik
The Pucic Palace is a lovely boutique hotel with a can't beat location in Dubrovnik. It really gives you the feel of staying in the city and not some generic hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had an early flight and they arranged for breakfast to go, portering of our bags, and transfer to the airport. It isn't cheap, but we felt it was worth it.

The hotel is fantastically placed in the old town. It’s very clean and has a super restaurant. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay very special. One of the best hotels we have ever been too.

There was NOhot water. NO heat. Terrible meat cooking smells. A dirty used disposable slipper left for me so cleaners aren’t cleaning. I filed a claim with my bank card company to get a full refund per visa rules as I left early due to not getting a room change and no heat or hot water. Staff is awful. Don’t be fooled by nice when you arrive. It’s an awful management team

We enjoy the Pucic Palace for three reasons. The first one is its central and convenient location, near the food market, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Secondly, its friendly and helpful staffs make us feel comfortable and cared for. We only had one day to cover the city. Marijana at the front desk went the extra to ensure we could have enough time to enjoy the beautiful city; she recommended restaurants and sights and arranged a taxi to the airport. Lastly, the room is big and clean and brings you back to the old times. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. We highly recommend it to anyone who seeks a hotel that feels like a home away from home.

Wonderful Old Town location in a historic, but updated building. Welcoming and attentive staff. Good breakfast. This was at the upper end of my accommodation budget, but worth the splurge to stay in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend the Pucic Palace, which is beautiful and so comfortable. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and the location absolutely can't be beat. It is in the heart of old town, which I loved. One note - because it is so centrally located, it can be a little noisy if there are drunken revelers out and about, but that didn't bother us at all and I will always err on the side of a great location.

When we had a problem with the toilet leaking we had to ask to be moved. They should OFFERED to move us. We had a shower that did not drain but they did fix that right away. Overall it was a very special visit to Dubrovnik made even better by the whole experience.

It is right in the heart of all the action in old town. Because it is in a pedestrian-only part of town, your taxi will drop you off a few hundred yards from the actual hotel and you will have to walk a bit. If you have heavy luggage, call the hotel and they will send a porter with a cart to assist. Except for my failure to do this, the entire stay and my experience with the hotel and staff was great!
