Terrible!
"Cleaning was terrible, they inform upon arrival that a "light cleaning" is provided everyday which is fine for a couple of days but for visits over a week it is absolutely not enough. I requested proper cleaning 4 times to the reception, they apologized and ensured it will happen, and not 1 single day during 8 days did the room get cleaned, tables dirty, floor dirty, sheets not changed, we bought our own sheets... this is a so called 4+ star hotel? More like 3 stars! After I pointed this out to the reception the 5th time during my checkout, all they could say was sorry? 2500USD flushed down the toilet and will never consider this place again."

"Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, tog åtta minuter att gå till Disneyland 😍 Jättekul att de hade pyntat och fixat så fint inför Halloween 🎃 Bra frukost, olika sorters bröd & flingor. 1-gångsförpackningar av det mesta (smör, marmelad, cream cheese…). De städade rummet varje dag (tömde de nästan tomma papperskorgarna), bäddade min säng en gång under min 6-nätters vistelse. Bra huvudkuddar! Relativt mjuka sängar. Jag åker gärna tillbaka!! 😀"
