Located directly on the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade of Eckernförde, this cosy and excellently equipped holiday flat is the ideal place for a relaxing weekend getaway or holiday/short break. It is located on the ground floor of a very well-kept condominium complex (5 steps from the house entrance to the flat door). It is 50m to the old town, 100m to the pedestrian shopping area, 150m to the harbour/spa park. Restaurants, cafés, many shops, leisure facilities and sights are just a few minutes' walk away.
The flat is approx. 50 square metres in size. It consists of a small hallway, an approx. 38m² combined living room/bedroom, an adjoining fitted kitchen with dining area and a shower room/WC with rain shower. The cosy holiday flat has recently been completely renovated. The living room/bedroom with its large double bed (2m x 2m) offers a comfortable and spacious place to sleep. Even if a small child crawls into bed at night, there is still enough space for everyone. But there is also a travel cot (up to 3-4 years) available. A cosy sofa bed is available for a third person/larger child. There is also a computer/laptop with WLAN internet access, CD/DVD player and a large flat-screen TV. A very well-equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, modern convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, hot water maker, toaster etc. completes the beautiful flat. If you visit us over Christmas/New Year's Eve, an electric fondue and raclette are available for use in the flat.

Children are welcome and free of charge up to 3 years! A high chair and cot (up to approx. 3 years) are available.
To make your suitcase a little lighter, the flat is equipped with: Hand, shower and beach towels, tea towels, beach blanket, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, games (for children and adults), books/DVD's and a guest folder, as well as lots of information material about Eckernförde and the surrounding area.
On the wind-protected and partly roofed terrace facing the sea, you can also linger in wind and light rain. In addition to a table with 2 wicker chairs, there are garden chairs that can be tilted into a reclining position with corresponding cushions and a parasol.
A washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated) are available in the house. The flat has a car parking space in the underground car park. One ladies' and one men's bicycle ("city bikes") can be used free of charge. A beach chair can be made available to you by arrangement in the main season (approx. mid-April to approx. 20 September) for a fee.
The approx. 50 square metre flat offers:

The walk to the beach promenade and the beach is short. You only have to walk around the house from the front door and the promenade and the Baltic Sea are in front of you, the harbour with many restaurants and cafés is only about 150 m away. Also the Kurpatrk and the seawater wave pool with sauna area and ice grotto.
Eckernförde impresses with its optimal, central location and the short distances between the harbour, beach, city centre and old town. You can reach all of this in just a few minutes on foot. Whether excitement or relaxation - everyone will find the right thing here. Around our house you will find leisure activities worth seeing and experiencing (mini-golf, seawater wave pool, Baltic Sea Information Centre, candy cookery, squirrel breeding station and much more). The charming landscape and culture invite you to go on extensive explorations and day trips. Excursion destinations and sights can be easily reached from your "Sonnengruss" holiday flat on foot, by bike or in just a few minutes by car.
