Welcome to Encinitas Escape! This stunning, newly refurbished second floor condo boasts panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Downtown Encinitas. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Large living room with flatscreen TV and plenty of comfy seating to relax after a day at the beach. Oversized comfy couch can be converted into a Queen Bed. Enormous outside, wrap around deck with sofa seating, a fire pit and a gas grill to enjoy the beautiful sunsets year round. Tandem driveway parking.

Garage parking for one small car and additional parking for two more cars on the driveway.

This condo is perfect for families, couples and friends gathering! There's nothing like soaking up the positive energy of Encinitas.

- En-suite bathroom with large vanity and a glass-enclosed, step-in shower

The Guest Bedroom:
- King sized bed can be broken up into two twin beds (as shown in the photos) or put together as a King.
- Each mattress has two remotes for each guest to control if they want their bed elevated at the head or feet.

- En-suite bathroom in the Master Suite & the Guest Bedroom

The property is just as stated in the listing. The view is awesome! We reported an extremely slow shower drain in the master suite and the firepit not operating properly. We were told that a handyman would come on Monday and we would be notified of the time. That did not happen... Overall though, a great space and location! We would book it again.

The property was exactly, no even better, than the description and listing which was incredibly complete. This is perhaps one of the most well equipped units I’ve stayed in years. All the details and amenities (to avoid a scramble to the store) were taken care of…clean, great communication, etc., etc. Simply put, if you’re in San Diego and this fits the geography of where you need to be rent this VRBO.

This property was absolutely perfect!! Walking distance to town and beach. Cute shops and variety for food, both cooking and eating out. I have to say the view of the ocean from this property was a favorite. Sunrise, sunset and in between, just beautiful!! We did have an issue with the garbage disposal not working, which management was notified and the problem was resolved the following day. This will be an absolute future stay for us!! Thank you!

We loved our stay in Encinitas! This spot was perfect for our family of 4 and the location was excellent We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The deck is also a nice place to hang out and enjoy the perfect weather . The ocean views are better than what shows in the property photos We would definitely stay again

This rental is convenient, clean, and full of lovely touches. We came back a second time because it is so perfect for our visits - close to the ocean, near walking trails and Moonlight Beach, it has plenty of space, and is in a quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely loved this rental and would be thrilled to stay here again sometime! The place was very clean, wonderfully decorated and had the best deck view of coastal Encinitas! They really thought of everything and we wanted for nothing. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12) and it was a great size for us all! Thank you for making our San Diego stay memorable!

Property is spot on from description. 10min walk from Swami's/main drag in Encinitas. Located half way up the block on a steep hill which is doable with a stroller or you can go up to Cornish then come down. Also extremely close to a wonderful park 1/2 a block down as well. Property management was super responsive and the actual owners live in the unit below. If you have younger kids, there is a flight of stairs to get up and down to the unit which wasn't a deal-breaker but just be thoughtful if your little ones aren't walking. Clean and upgraded unit. Garage was advertised as having two spots but half of it was partitioned off, not sure why so we had to park our car outside which isn't a big deal but it was pretty hot the week we were in town. We'd stay here again no problem!

Stay was perfect for us. Two friends in our seventies. Great area and nice restaurant ‘s. Very well equipt. Should be aware it is on a second floor. Stairs a little narrow and steep. Ok for us. We had a lot of luggage so left some downstairs in a nice garage where laundry is. Just brought what we needed up. Would definitely reccomd. Hope to stay again in the future

This property is a must. My family of 4 spent our time exploring up and down the coast, love the grill on the large patio and the canopy cover seating with the gas fire place, excellent touch after spending days at the beach and the fair. Conveniently located not too get away from a grocery store to pack the fridge and close to the freeway. Definitely enjoyed our stay and all the amenities were top notch, thank you again

My family enjoyed staying in this duplex and had all the amenities needed. Very good location. Commute train does run through parts of the night and morning and was a damp smell in the home, stains on furniture but still a great rental and host was aware of this.

Ocean view from a "rooftop deck", enough said! This is a really great property with a convenient location. It has a big, modern, well supplied, kitchen. There is also a comfy living room, with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. Having 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was luxurious. The decor is chic, casual, and fun. Overall, the place just has great vibes! There is 1 full flight of stairs to get to the front door, but all the rest is one level.
