In any case, below is the identical answer to the previous ones.Dear Mrs. Olulade,Thank you for having found the time to write down your feedback.We are sorry to hear that you have found our staff not hospitable but as you can read in most of feedbacks left by our former guests the staff does not lack of being hospitable and professional.Your reservation for the Beatrice Suite was for 4 people without breakfast. At your arrival we realized you were 5 people and no cost has been charged for the extra person.The Beatrice Suite is bookable for maximum 4 people.Concerning the issue you had with the shower as soon as you contacted the front desk, we immediatly intervened. For the wash cloth/sponge we do not provide them at all; being a personal item, we do not supply it to avoid allergy problems.The hotel offers complimentary water, 1 bottle per person per day and the Housekeeper do provide the refill. In case of extra requests, the hotel has vending machines on the 2nd and 4th floor.Regarding your request to meet our General Manager, he was out of the office for the entire week. The receptionist did inform you about that. Obviously he could have been contacted by mail at any time.The hotel provides an iron room because for means of security no appliances can be used in the rooms.The hotel has several foreign channels also for children. You should have contacted the front desk for assistance.As mentioned by the front desk, in this period there is no air conditioning. This information can be found on the provider on line you booked through, which states the following: “In accordance with national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours from 01 June to 30 September”.We are remaining at your disposal and we look forward to have you as our guest in the near future.
