Perfect city and sun life luxury hotel
Very nice hotels with outdoor and indoor pool and spa. All the luxuries you need. Walking distance to Valletta restaurant and bar area. Interior a bit old hence not top grade. But good enough

Fantastiskt hotell i utkanten av Valletta
Hotellet var fantastiskt med pool, egen strand, stort frukostutbud, hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Hotellet har i princip allt.Det var cirka 5-10 minuter till Vallettas statsmur och ungefär lika långt till busstationen om en vill ta sig runt på Malta. Så väldigt bra lokaliserat i förhållande till Valettas centrum. Hotellet är lokaliserat i en sluttning och Valetta är ganska kuperat, så det ger en naturlig träning.

Mycket bra hotel
Mycket bra hotel, dock lite äldre och lite slitet med patina,, men trevligt personal med väldigt bra service, bra rum med balkong o utsikt mot vattnet o hamn,, mycket god mat i admiral restaurangen samt bra service,, saknade ev mer rätter på menyn,, frukosten är bra,, Läget är perfekt för att utforska Valletta och Malta,, Max 5 min till stora busshållplatsen i Valletta,, kan absolut rekommendera detta hotel, bra pool o läget,,mm,, kommer säkert tillbaka igen,,

Fint och trevligt men inte ett femstjärnigt hotell
Det var ett fint och bra hotell, men lite slitet. Frukosten var inte så bra. Bröden var torra och äggen gamla. Baconen hade legat framme för länge. Heltäckningsmatta på rummen och svulstiga, slitna möbler gjorde att det kändes som ett hotell från 80-talet som hade putsats lite på ytan. Annars var det fint och rent och poolen var öppen trots att säsongen var över och alla poolbaren var stängda. Vi hade en bra vistelse och tyckte om hotellet, trots att det kanske inte förtjänar sina fem stjärnor. De var mycket trevliga mot barnen och oerhört flexibla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde byta lakan mitt i veckan.

Bra läge nära såväl staden Valetta som havet. Bra poolområde med möjlighet till havsbad. Trevligt hotell, men lite slitet och gammaldags. Bra frukostbuffé.

Stort klassiskt hotell med mycket bra läge
Stort hotell med mycket bra läge och fantastisk utsikt från restauranger och poolområde. Möjlighet till havsbad på hotellområdet. Vårt rum stort i klassisk lite gammaldags hotellstil. Insyn i rummet och balkonger med vacker utsikt men låga räcken mot grannar. Service trevlig men ofta tafatt med långa väntetider på beställningar, missade bestick, mindre missar i vad som beställts.

Fyra dagar nära centrum
Fint hotell med bra läge - närhet till både centrum och poolområde med havsbad. Utsökt frukost - middagen provade vi inte eftersom vi gärna letade på restauranger i centrum. Lite slitet men inte avgörande. Enda missen var att vårt rum inte var klart när ni kom och det dröjde 1,5 tim efter utsatt tid innan vi fick rummet. Fri drink i baren var en välkommen kompensation. Trevlig personal i hela hotellet. Poolområdet var bra och vattnet välskött

Jag älskar det här boendet.God frukost ,härliga rum ,trevlig personal. Det enda negativa är när man ska bada i havet, trasig trappa och mycket stenar som man slår i ,men det finns en underbar stor pool.

The customer service was amazing! The pools were great & the views were spectacular. Everything we wanted to see is within a 15-20 min walk of the hotel. I felt completely safe walking at night. The food was good & reasonably priced. Loved being able to store our bags after checkout so we could continue to tour the city before our flight.

Nice location, Valetta center is just 5 min away. Deluxe room wird the sea view is really nice. The service at the bar on the evenings could be faster, but it seems a cultural thing.

The hotel is well situated 10 minutes walk from the main gates of Valletta. Hotel is large and generally clean. Our room had a large terrace, but with no parasol so would be very exposed when hotter, the outside pool was being renovated which we weren't informed of. Good cleanliness and warm service. Breakfast was busy, although in a single large room it was not too noisy. The reason for 4 stars only was that small things like sauces, salt and pepper only being available in sachets felt cheap and a bit B&B. Coffee in the room was also Nescafe sachets - as bit cheap when paying £200 per night.

I had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. Contrary to its advertised image as a five-star luxury resort, the reality is far from it. The condition of the property is dire, with the rooms featuring old, stained carpets, and the bathroom tiles cracked and showing their age. The beds, equipped with metal spring mattresses that seem to be decades old, along with unclean pillows, made for an uncomfortable setting. Moreover, there's a pervasive smell of water damage throughout the property. Upon arrival and initial inspection of our room, it became clear that the accommodations were not as promised. I promptly returned to the front desk to express that the room was not acceptable and that I would not be staying. Despite this, the hotel refused to issue a refund, citing their cancellation policy, even though my actions did not constitute a breach of contract since I had already checked in. During my time at the front desk, I witnessed two other families expressing similar complaints. What's more disheartening is Expedia's lack of accountability for the misleading representation of this property on their platform. It's widely known among the locals about the deceptive nature of this place, which is a disservice to Malta's efforts to attract tourists. I strongly advise against staying here.

The Trip Advisor reviews say it all. Firstly the staff, from all over the world, are so friendly and helpful and any little problem is quickly solved. Secondly, the breakfast was included. It includes all you can eat from healthy, cooked and continental and saves money eating out during the day. It is so convenient, being walking distance of the city of Valletta, the foot ferry to Sliema and the bus station to all parts of the island. The prices are reasonable and they are renovating parts. It's my 5th stay here and I'll be back.

Ein alter Kasten, der seine beste Zeit hinter sich hat. Wir waren zwei Tage in dem Hotel in Valetta. Es begann schon bei der Ankunft schief zu laufen. Um 13:30 war das Zimmer nicht fertig und man hat uns mitgeteilt, uns eine SMS zu schicken wenn das Zimmer fertig ist. Die SMS kam nicht. Das Zimmer war schön groß, die Matratze alt und durchgelegen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster - Buchungsklasse „partial Harbour View“ - ging in einen Hinterhof. Den Harbour konnte man sehen, wenn man sich über die Brüstung des Balkons gelehnt hat. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war angeblich nicht möglich. Beim Frühstück konnte man zwischen Tee und einem schwer genießbaren Kaffee wählen. Cappuccino, etc. musste gesondert bezahlt werden. All in all nicht die beste Erfahrung.
