Really nice. The gentlemen who keeps the facility clean is one of the hardest workers i have ever seen. Every day, grills are cleaned and he is constantly on the move, making sure everything is spotless. This is no small undertaking. My hats off to him and we will definitely come back!

It was exactly everything that we were looking for. Perfect location, overlooking the beach and pool. Views were great ! The property was kept up well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was very clean and property grounds and pool area very well kept. There were a few small issues- curtains off track and difficult to open, ice maker non-functioning non functioning light above DR table and broken recliner in living room. Property management responded quickly to concerns and mentioned they already knew about the issues and were waiting on owner to approve fixing. The location was perfect and we had a lovely time. Would encourage correcting issues in a more timely fashion

The condo was very nice and just as listed! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and just a few steps away til your on the sand. The condo was clean, tidy and every amenity listed was there. We loved everything about it and the location was perfect.

We had a few initial hiccups in the beginning that were resolved. The new lock on the door was malfunctioning and the unit we initially rented was under construction. These were quickly resolved and we had a wonderful stay.

The owners were easily reached when we encountered a small hiccup. It’s was quickly resolved. We did not have a single issue with our condo. We arrive to yummy donuts. The balcony view was absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we were not in the beach. The size of the pool was great! Everyone could spread out & there’s were always chairs available. Most condos have small pools & limited seating which leads to crowding. We will be back next year!!

The condo met all of our needs and was the perfect proximity to the pool and beach (which was great with our small children in tow!) Everything was very clean. We went during a busy holiday week, yet none of the amenities were overcrowded. We had a great time!

The view and distance to the beach can't be beat. The condo was very spacious and very clean. Lots of good restaurants nearby too. Management checked on us several times throughout the stay which I appreciate. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing and right on the beach! The house was very clean and the property managers were very kind!! Not to mention the doughnuts that we were greeted with on the kitchen counter upon arrival. They were fresh and DELICIOUS!!! When myself and my family vacation to Destin again, I will for sure choose this unit without hesitation! Thanks for everything! You guys are awesome!!! :-)

Beautiful view and right on the beach. Saw dolphins from our room and poop was close to the room. Make sure you have transportation of planning on going into Destin.

This was the perfect location for our family and we had a wonderful time! The property manager was excellent and got back with me on any questions quickly and throughly. She even took the time to help me add an extra night to our stay when I was having trouble!! We did have a little trouble with our code getting in but called the number available and we were in the room within 5 mins. We even had a box of delicious Okaloosa Donut in our room when we arrived.... our kiddos were soooo excited!! 😁 The room was clean and was fully furnished with everything we would need. They even had a high chair and pack and play in the closet for our little who was one and beach toys and chairs for us to use on the beach!! We highly recommend and are considering returning to the same place again next year!! 😁 Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic time during our 3 week stay! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. The condo was super clean. The entire condo complex was very well cared for. While we didn’t swim in the heated pool, lots of people used it! I think our favorite thing to do at the condo was sitting out on the patio, rain or shine. We appreciated sand toys and beach chairs that were in the condo for us to use. And, of course, the donuts left for us when we arrived were a yummy treat! We have stayed in many condos in FWB over the years and this was definitely our favorite! Highly recommend! We will be back!
