"Turtle Nest", Àr en bra plats för en snabb tillflyktsort, semester med familjen, eller bara en plats för familj och vÀnner att ha roligt. "Turtle Nest" Àr en helt ny kanal hem vackert inredda med alla bekvÀmligheter ingÄr. Du kan sÀtta din kajak i kanalen och huvudet till bukten, eller titta pÄ barnen frÄn din egen dÀck, fisk eller simma. För ditt nöje erbjuder vi för nÀrvarande fyra kajaker, 14 fot kanot, fem cyklar, stand-up board och har flera spel för familjen kul.

Jamaica Beach Àr ett sÀkert samhÀlle dÀr familjer kan cykla pÄ skyddade sidogator, starta din bÄt pÄ grannskapsbryggan eller gÄ barnen till lekplatsen och gemensam pool. Du Àr bara en halv mil frÄn stranden, mittemot Jamaica Beach-underavdelningen.

"Turtle Nest", har allt för familjen att koppla av och glömma det hektiska stadslivet. Vi har ett komplett underhÄllande omrÄde med vacker bar och grill dÀr familjen kan dela speciella ögonblick. Husdjur under 25 kg Àr tillÄtna. Det finns en extra avgift för ditt husdjur. Högst tvÄ husdjur, (125. 00 ett husdjur och en extra 35,00 för tvÄ husdjur). Du mÄste vara minst 25 Är för att hyra. Kassakontroll och orderingÄng kommer inte att accepteras pÄ grund av bedrÀgerier. Golfvagn finns pÄ begÀran och priset Àr förhandlingsbart beroende pÄ vistelsens lÀngd. Betalning för golfbil kommer att betalas vid ankomst.

Why a gave a 4

I wish the master had at least a queen bed not a full, I had to sleep in another bed. And air conditioning can’t go below 72, got a little to warm.

Turtle Nest

We had a wonderful time @ Turtle Nest. Home was beautifully decorated and was the perfect size for 6. We enjoyed using the kayaks and hanging out grilling hamburgers downstairs. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the upstairs deck.

Fall Break Fun

Great property - lovely and convenient location on the canal. Well stocked from the kitchen to the garage full of beach toys/chairs/bikes to the canoe/paddle board/multiple kayaks. Lots of outdoor seating. Very cozy and tastefully decorated too with lots of turtle and beach charm! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home

We stayed 5 nights, the home is beautiful, spotless clean, well stocked, we had the worst luck with the weather since it was raining most of time, even then the fishing was great if you walk to the main canal lots of sand trout and caught some black drum. Very lovely place!! Definitely recommend you to stay here!!

We had a lot of fun here. Jessica was very helpful with anything we needed. We enjoyed canoeing the canals and cruising the neighborhood on the beach cruisers. Neighbors where also very helpful with anything we needed. We will be back again.

Jamaica Beach New Year

We enjoyed the peace and quite on the canal. Nice bikes for the 4 of us to ride around the neighborhood. We want to come back and try the kayaks. The water was too low at that time. Easy to get to the beach as well.

Perfect labor day weekend getaway

What a lovely property! It is beautifully, and tastefully decorated and provisioned inside and out. The owner didn't spare any detail. We found Band-Aids, toothpaste, floss, etc in the master bathroom. The garage was stocked with all sorts of useful things, life vests of all sizes, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, sand toys, bikes... you name it. We loved the Kayaks and canoe, we kayaked every morning, and one of the evenings. Mid day was still too hot. The Ocean water was warmer than most heated pools :) on this trip. Big beach's 3 min away, and the kids loved jumping in the waves. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, so convenient. Everyone washes before they head upstairs and drag sand onto the upper deck and into the room. Overall, we had a great time. Just about a perfect weekend getaway. Lei

Excellent Stay

We had a great time at this property and had everything we needed. The house is very well equipped and missing nothing you could want. The fun zone is fully equipped to with kayaks, floats, chairs, bikes and the golf cart. If you are looking for a simple, fun, and comfortable get away, this is the place for you. We did it all from this location and even kept 4 teenagers completely entertained!

It was nice, good location, it had all the utensils we needed. However, the dryer was broke and the fish light was not working which took away from it’s overall appeal.

Very cute but a little disappointed.

The home is very cute. We enjoyed our stay but a big reason we took a canal home was so that my husband and son could fish outside all night. Turns out the underwater light was broken and the owner said she could not fix it, she would take it off her listing, but it is still on there. The listing says there is a washer and dryer, the dryer does not work. I texted the owner and she said she would look at it after we leave, there is a laundrymat nearby. I was very disappointed with both responses. The countertop ice maker- broken, and my son went to ride a bike- flat tires. I didnt even reach out about the second two items because I dont think anything would have changed. My husband truly felt that he deserved some compensation for not being able to fish. And I truly believe that dryer has been broken, the control panel is malfunctioning, if you get it to turn on it will beep nonstop and you will have much difficulty turning it off. It is a shame, because it is a super cute place, but we were a bit disappointed.

Was such a great experience! We loved the convenience of the canal at the back of the house, my family swam in it every single day. The kayaks and canoe were also a big hit with my family. We will definitely be back for sure!

Great place and location

This was the absolute most clean property we have ever stayed in and we’ve rented plenty of times before. The owner was very accommodating and the neighbors were as well. The house had everything from cooking utensils, spices, games, outdoor equipment and a cleaned grill!! There was even a fishing spot right around the corner within a one minute walk that was great. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

Perfect New Year’s Getaway

With the freezing temps over Christmas, my whole family couldn’t get together. So, we needed a last minute New Years getaway and this property was a perfect fit. Beautifully decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, and with an expansive view, the house was exactly what my family needed. Between yoga by the water and hiking at Galveston Island State Park, I was in outdoorsy heaven. But, I could also keep my teen daughters happy with shopping on the Strand and everyone was delighted with all the delicious eateries. We will definitely be back!

The Amenities!

This house is in a fantastic location, especially for fishing and kayaking. We absolutely loved having access to the kayaks and canoe and the kids had endless fun. I loved the cooking area downstairs as well. Everything is exactly as described and this was a very easy, no hassle transition. Terry was very friendly from the jump and we really appreciate him opening his house to us. Definitely will be looking to stay here again! **My sons hauled in 2 oyster toadfish, 1, 15in seatrout, and a 23in drum in the canal here**
