Won't stay here again
The reception at the hotel was poor with recognising my booking and requirements When I was shown to my room I was told I would need to wait 30 mins for the hot water. I expressed my views and was given a different room. When I tried to use the shower it was no more than a trickle, I reported it, however it was not fixed nor was I informed that it hadn't been fixed. I can truely say this is the worst hotel experience I have had The 1 good thing about the good thing was the food in the restaurant was excellent however the bar was a bit limited with stock

Good afternoon, Colin we are sorry you and your wife were let down by low pressure on your shower, Our Plumber could find nothing wrong with the shower but did confirm that the pressure was low due to external issues beyond our control. Our sincere apologies.

Very convenient, friendly staff.
Stayed here for 1 night after visiting friends. Very close to the train station and town center so perfectly located. Room was small but comfortable and everything I needed.
