âą Colony Club has a parking/check-in policy for renters. All renters are to check in at the clubhouse within 24 hours of arriving to get a parking pass for each vehicle. These are $25 each and will cover you for the length of your stay.
âą The clubhouse is open the following times: Monday - 9am-5pm, Wednesday - 9am-5pm, Friday - 9am-12pm, Saturday - 9am-5pm. Don't worry if you arrive and it's closed, just go at the next available time.
âą Wrist bands are needed for access to pool and fitness center. A total of six wrist bands are provided inside unit. Each wrist band is $35 if lost or damaged.
âą This home is located on the ground level; no stairs required.
