3106 Unit

Upon arrival we were baffled at the smell of stale cigarettes and mold and mildew. The smell was so bad we didn’t know if we would stay. Because of spring break there weren’t any vacancies. I purchased a candle and smoke eliminator which I left there for future guest to use because the smell was so bad. The floors are rotting underneath and the master shower was molded and the property manager had to replace the shower liner. The queen mattress needs to be replaced soon. The beach is very close to oyster beds and fluff mud. We were highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend not only this unit but the entire property.

Nice stay

Condo was as advertised. We liked the interesting beach. Pretty grounds. Local contact very responsive to questions. A few small issues - no hangers in the closets, kitchen a little sparsely furnished (no teakettle and stoneware heated up a lot in the microwave, only one saucepan and it was big), footsteps from upstairs very noticeable. We stayed a month and cooked in most meals.

1st half of 2 part vacation

Great property, clean. The condo was well decorated and updated with whatever essentials you'd need. Check in and out process was very simple and convenient. The only drawbacks were that the mattresses were WAY too firm for our preferences. Also, the privately accessed Beach from the community isn't the type of beach we had in mind. It was very muddy and just not what we were looking for. (That's no reflection on the unit itself, however) There are several other maintained beaches within reasonable driving distance that fit the bill nicely.
