"My partner and I are experienced travelers, but unfortunately, we found this hotel to be quite disappointing considering its price. Here’s why: • Our room wasn’t cleaned when we returned at 5 pm. Surprisingly, the reception staff claimed that we had declined cleaning for environmental reasons, even though no one asked us during check-in. We had to request them to at least clean the garbage, change the towels and give us two bottles of water (seems like greenwashing). • The hotel’s location is inconvenient; they need to pick you up and drive you to Gora. When we called for a pickup, we were kept on hold and nothing happened, so we had to take a taxi. • The fish of the day at dinner was the same on both days. • The hotel’s surroundings felt more like an industrial area. • The service was impersonal, and the staff seemed more like on the field work. I hope this feedback doesn’t come across as overly negative, but compared to our previous stays at two excellent hotels, our experience here was quite disappointing."
