The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a quick snack or gourmet meal. Your family can enjoy a meal at the kitchen counter, dining table or by the pool under the covered dining area. Head up the stairs to the primary suite and the built-in bunk room! Plus two additional full baths to rinse off the day at the beach. The bunk area features 4 twin trundle beds with 2 flat screen TV's and Xbox gaming station. Primary bedroom is on the third floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private balcony that leads to the roof top deck.
Guest bedroom 1 is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private covered balcony.
Guest bedroom 2 is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private covered balcony.
Guest bedroom 3 is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private covered balcony.
Bunk room is on the third floor and features 4 twin trundle beds, 2 flat screen TV's and Xbox gaming station.
The weight limit per dog is 30 lbs.
Parking is limited to 4 cars.
Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
