Located on a high floor of the Waikiki Sunset with beautiful mountain and city views this condo offers enough beds to sleeps 6. 1 bedroom (king bed and twin bunk beds), expansive living area (queen sofa bed w/Tempur-Pedic-type mattress), 1 bathroom, and FREE PARKING. Completely renovated with high-quality designer finishes. Central AC throughout condo. NO RESORT FEE.

Fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials will make this condo feel like home. Spacious kitchen counter seating for 4 along with a separate dining table that seats 4. There is also an outdoor patio dining table for 2.

Wi-fi, cable, and smart TV access available in the bedroom and living area on top quality flat panel TV s.

The Waikiki Sunset is conveniently located one block from famous Waikiki Beach, world-class dining, shopping, bus line access, Biki (bike rental), the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, International Marketplace, and Kapiolani Beach Park. We were a group of 3 friends staying here for 2 weeks. Extremely well equipped apartment, and Courtney was a wonderful and responsive host. It was a good size for 3 friends staying together. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We LOVED that there was an insulated bag and ice packs. There was also a Brita water filter. Tupperware and plenty of cookware and appliances. So convenient!Laundry room is located right next door, and a good price. Only 1.75 for washer and same price for the dryer. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach, but located in a quieter, less crazy part of Waikiki! Still walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping, and convenient that parking is included. The central AC was strong and great. There’s also a ceiling fan in the living room and the bedroom. The windows face east so keep the curtains closed in the morning so the apartment doesn’t get hot. I would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Waikiki!

I’m usually not the biggest fan of vacation rentals mostly because I don’t like the chore list that comes with staying at one. That being said, I felt that my stay at Courtney’s place didn’t have these things. There was one ask and that is to bring the trash out which is totally reasonable considering the tropical area. Not to mention incredibly convenient because the trash shoot is next to the unit. The cleaning crew did such a great job of setting up the unit for our arrival. It was very welcoming. As someone who doesn’t like vacation rentals over resorts I would 100% stay at one of Courtney‘s again.

This place is excellent for anyone interested in staying on Oahu. It’s conveniently located near many attractions, very walkable and close to the ocean. The space is very nice, has extras like the beach toys, fully stocked kitchen utensils and welcome snacks / coffee! We were very comfortable in the room. We were able to walk to dinner each night, the zoo and beach access. Having the laundry available was also great. I highly recommend staying here, Courtney was a wonderful host.

We spent ten days in this condo with our teenage daughters, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent, and we especially appreciated the easy parking. The condo is spotless and incredibly well-equipped—we didn’t miss a thing. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.We highly recommend this condo—100%! If we could give it more than 10 out of 10, we definitely would. We would love to stay here again!Close to the beach, the grocery store (Safeway) as well as Leonard's and the Rainbow drive in;Thank you very much to Courtney and her team!

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Check in and parking was easy. Lovely place to come home to after a tiring day out exploring or at the beach, recharge, and get back out to enjoy the rest of the night. View was very nice and peaceful to wake up to in the morning.

This was the second time we stayed at Courtney’s condo…we loved it so much last year that we booked it again for an even longer stay. It is so well stocked, bright and clean…and conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shops a short walk from the condo. There are also hop on -hop off trolley stops nearby if you want to catch a trolley instead. Courtney is a fantastic host, attentive and responds quickly if you need anything. We had an absolutely excellent vacation and definitely plan to book one of Courtney’s condos again.

This was one of the best VRBO's I have stayed at. Great location just blocks from the beach. Beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs included. The building is older put this unit is prime. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. We made use of the pool and grills.

We enjoyed our family of four(little kids) staying at Courtney’s place. They literally have everything prepared, from kitchen to beach essentials. No mention the close to beach location and partial Mt view, we saw rainbow often at the balcony.

This apartment was exactly as advertised and newly renovated in an older apartment complex. The Host Courtney was contactable and thoughtful and there were absolutely no issues during our 7 night stay for myself and 2 x teenage children. The apartment has everything you need and the complex has a good size, clean pool, bbq area and gym. This stay was a lot better than a small hotel room in the myriad of hotels on Waikiki and the location is only 1 block back from the beach. As an added bonus there was free parking included which saves a lot of money. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

My parents and I had a great stay at Courtney's condo. We were a very short walk away from Waikiki and Kuhio beach and all the excitement there as well as a short walk away from Rainbow Drive In. The parking in the garage was plentiful and easy to find and Courtney kindly had the cleaner text me as soon as the room was ready so we could get into the unit before the official check in time. The most important part is the condo is probably the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in and that's hard by a beach.

Courtney is FIRST CLASS all the way. Accommodation is super clean and just a block away from Waikiki Beach. Second time here and have another stay booked already. Our hostess is extremely gracious and one of the kindest people we have ever dealt with. Thanks for another AMAZING stay. Paulo

We stayed at Courtney’s property which was excellent. Everything you could want was provided and beautifully renovated. Close to beach and shops. Would highly recommend and if we returned would stay again. Would rate the property 10 out of 10.
