“The rooms were clean but it was really warm at night and to use the air conditioner all night. It would have been really noisy. The breakfast that goes with the stay was good as long as you like. “The lighting in the room wasn't great and in the bathroom it was very poor. I could hardly see in the mirror.
The towels and face cloths were very thick. This can be good and bad - bad in that the face cloth was impossible to use. It was too thick to wring out.
The pillows were overstuffed. The hotel did not have any less stuffed. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a pillow.

“I had a pleasant stay here. As a solo female traveler i felt safe and comfortable. The place is old and hasnt been updated but they've done a good job with maintaining the cleanliness. Staff was pleasant. There was a mini fridge, air dryer and microwave which was helpful. It was also really quiet unlike a lot of other placea I have stayed. I would stay here again.”

“Spacious room and very comfortable. While outdated, it was also somewhat rustic and quaint in its own way. The rates were excellent for this time of year. Everything was safe and secure for parking, but we did not eat there. It was an hour's drive back to St. John's for a medical appointment, so a little further than we had hoped for. Still, we found it relaxing and quiet in a beautiful and peaceful setting. ”
