“Secure parking. Emailed back initially with no response but called emergency number to inform them about lack of supplies. Sent that day. Cleaning was spotty. Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. All- in all comfortable beds, convenient to the hospital ”

“The loft is really nice and close to everything which was a plus. Bed was comfy and the tub was great! If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t suggest you stay here. The loft upstairs was pretty noisy around 3:30 in the morning. Maybe they were getting home from work?? ”

“The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations. The condensation from the A\C unit produces a dripping sound that was at first alarming at 3:00 AM as we thought there was a leak. There was often the smell...
