"This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The entrance and the building in themselves are impressive. The room is absolutely gorgeous and have a real feel of luxury. What I was most impressed by was the service. I asked them if they could help me book a train ticket for the next morning and within 5 minutes the concierge were working on it. "Vi hade bokat två rum varav ett för tre personer. Ändå var det bara två sängar i det rummet. Personalen var otrevlig vid checkin, förutom deras concierge som var väldigt hjälpsam. Visade sig att de ville ta betalt för frukosten fastän de sa vid checkin att den ingick, likaså ta betalt för apelsin”juice” vi fick be om då det inte fanns vid frukost. Den var mer saft. Fastän vi hade alla ovan klagomål med framförallt oväsendet så bjöd de inte på frukosten men vi fick betala för två stycken istället för fem. Oerhört otrevlig personal förutom några få undantag.
