Horrible experience and overall lack of service
Where to start?
It was one of the worst experience at all I had in a hotel.
At arrival the check-in was unfriendly and stressed. After I entered the room, I noticed that the room was not really clean at many spots, which you would expect for a hotel in this price class (around 140 euros a night without parking 15 Euros and Breakfast 18 Euros!). Furthermore there was no soap in the room, instead I found a small bottle of body lotion (??) next to the sink. So instead I needed to climb into the shower to use the shower gel when I wanted to wash my hands. I tried later the television which did not work, so I reported it to the reception and the lady answered that someone will come up to my room in about 20 minutes to check on it, because they were to “busy” at the moment. But no surprise no one ever came up to my room.
The cherry on the pie was that they withdraw the city tax (2 Euros) twice from my credit card! After several phone calls and emails with the hotel until today they refuse to refund me the extra deduction! Even though I provided them with pictures of my credit card bill, they still deny everything.
I felt not a second as valued guest during my stay and even after my visit while arguing about 2 (!!) Euros.
So I strongly advice, choose another hotel in Innsbruck. If you anyways choose to stay there, make sure to check your credit card bill after the visit for any extra deductions!
