Beautiful Resort Townhome - Close to the Beach!

Beautifully decorated resort townhome in a prime location at the Fairways at Mauna Lani - close to the best beaches, shopping and restaurants on the Kohala Coast. This three bedroom dream home has a spacious two-story floorplan and a private lanai with a gas BBQ, perfect for outside dinners in the tropical landscape. Only a few steps away from the Fairways at Mauna Lani amenity center which offers a large family pool, hot tub and fitness center.

The downstairs of this well-decorated home has a spacious living room with an oversized sectional couch and a modern entertainment center, as well as glass sliding doors leading to the private outdoor lanai. The large kitchen is fully equipped, and nearby is a laundry room with newly a purchased washing machine and dryer. The garage is available to guests and is equipped with beach and recreational gear - perfect for family trips to the nearby beaches. Also downstairs is a large bedroom with a king bed, lanai access and an en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a shower. Upstairs, the home has two bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom with a combination tub and shower.

Enjoy the acclaimed Mauna Lani Resort from a beautiful townhome at Fairways 2105. Guests are provided garage access and beach gear to make their vacation hassle free and extra special! As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), the Mauna Lani North & South Golf Course (green fee applies) & the Mauna Lani's Wellness Center & Tennis Club (weekly fee applies).

Comfortable Muana Lani stay

All around great, but there is only one property key to get in and out of the pool and grounds. With multiple adults, this was a hassle.

Excellent

We had 4 adults and 3 children. Requested an extra air bed that was waiting for us on arrival. Accommodations worked perfectly. So many extra water/sand toys to choose from, the kids loved it as we went to beach every day. Enough towels, laundry supplies, soaps. Located very close to pool. Communication was above average! Highly recommend this property !!

Comfortable and Well Equipped Stay

We enjoyed our peaceful 10 day stay here very much! The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, utensils, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. There was a nice assortment of beach equipment available including beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc, Our 3 1/2 year old enjoyed the variety of indoor toys available. It was located close to the pool area in the complex. Having access to the private beach was very nice and just a short drive away!

A nice quiet stay on beautiful grounds

Overall, our family had a lovely stay at this unit. Fairways at Mauna Lani is a quiet, beautifully landscaped resort complex and this condo is spacious and well stocked. We'd definitely consider staying here again!PROS:- HUGE pool and lovely grounds, unlike some other resorts, they let you have fun in the pool w/o being grumpy! Unit is a just a few steps away, but not noisy- very spacious unit with high ceilings. Master is massive.- access to garage & tons of beach/water gear (we rented a golf cart and could store/charge in the garage!)- very well stocked kitchen- lots of kids toys/games- for Hawaii, we saw very few bugs/pests, they appear to stay on top of this which is great- access to Mauna Lani Beach Club, petroglyphs, and nearby hotels is fantasticSMALL CONSIDERATIONS:- for the price a few things seemed in mild disrepair. The couch is quite worn and needs replacing. Ice machine leaks and makes an ice block you need to break up regularly. Carpet and baseboard wear, etc. Some difficult to slide open windows. - unit felt a bit darker than some others we've stayed in, even with all blinds opened- (this is the resort, not the unit) You get one gate/pool key for your entire family, and you need it to get in and OUT of the pool, as well as OUT of the front gate. This caused too much inconvenience w/o making us feel any more 'secure.' Saw others dealing w/the same issue I add the considerations to paint a full picture, but our stay was fantastic.

Wonderful Stay at Mauna Lani

We had an amazing time staying at this property in Mauna Lani. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable for our group. The location was fantastic—close to gorgeous beaches, shopping, and great dining options. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall experience was seamless.

Beautiful Mauna Lani home base

This property was very well stocked with everything we needed for the beach, was clean, had comfortable beds and is in a great location near the pool at the Fairways complex. The grocery store is close by (short walk) as well as some great shopping and restaurant options. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the crowds and traffic of Kona and enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We stayed with our 3 kids for 9 days and never went without anything we needed. We have stayed at other rentals all around this area and will definitely look to return to this property.

Amazing!

We had a blast on the big island and loved this property! Spacious, clean, and superbly well stocked - including a tea kettle! Thank you providing the big island guide books - we used them thoroughly and discovered some hidden gems we never would have known about. The beds were very comfortable. The resort is beautiful and having the small grocery store just down the road was super convenient. We are looking forward to our next visit to this spectacular island - mahalo!!

Nice place with a MAJOR inconvenience.

The dishwasher did not work when we arrived on Day 1. On Day 3 a repair person came and could not fix it. "2 days to get a part" we were told, which never came and the DW was never fixed in our TWO weeks there. Washing dishes for our family of EIGHT was NOT how we had hoped to spend our precious time in Hawaii. We were given some reimbursement but not enough to compensate for this issue. Seems like a DW from Costco could have been installed on about Day 5. Shower doors and AC don't work right and a few other annoying issues go along with this property.
