Detta nya 2500 kvadratmeter lyxiga hem ligger i slutet av en ÄtervÀndsgrÀnd i den fantastiska Ka Milo-utvecklingen av Mauna Lani. Den har 4 sovrum och 3 och 1/2 bad, sova upp till 10.

Sovrumsbeskrivningar: BefÀlhavaren pÄ bottenvÄningen har en king size-sÀng, en 50-tums platt-TV, en vacker Lanai, ett gigantiskt badrum med badkar, dusch och separat toalett och en klÀdkammare. TvÄ andra sovrum ligger pÄ bottenvÄningen, en med en queen size-sÀng och en drottning bÀddsoffa (har ocksÄ en 50 tums platt-TV och en spelkonsol som gör det till en perfekt plats för barnen) och ett rum med en queen size-sÀng . What a wonderful place to stay. Owners thought of everything. I couldn’t recommend this property more. I hope it’s always available when we want to come back. Pack & plays, high chair, bikes, snorkel stuff. This place has it all. Doesn’t feel like a vacation rental. Nice furniture and super comfortable beds. So much YES

This was our third stay at this lovely home in the Ka Milo complex of the Mauna Lani area.Our grandchildren have loved coming back to it year after year. Between the open space great room, balcony overlooking Mauna Kea, well appointed kitchen, spotless cleaning, access to pool and beaches at Mauna Lani and Fairmont it was a perfect location and home for a family holiday.Many thanks to Jeannie and the other owners for providing so many wonderful memories to our families.

Multigenerational family vacation for two weeks. The house was perfect! The open layout and kitchen made it perfect for leisurely group cooking. The kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the beverage refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. Beach chairs and towels, and the bikes were great. Proximity to the pools and gym was perfect. Access to the beach club was very nice. All in all it, was a perfect vacation!

We were a group of 6, parents and young adults, travelling to the Big Island to explore and have fun. The home was perfect with all the amenities we needed. The location and Mauna Lani overall was really beautiful and just as described in many of the other reviews. The owners were very easy to communicate with and there was alot of information available to help make our stay fantastic!

We had the best vacation stay. There were 10 of us (7 adults and 3 teenagers) celebrate dad’s 85th birthday and this house was perfect. We loved the beautiful walks, the accessibility to shops and the highway, the pool, gym and beach club. The house was well stocked and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the owners were easy to access and very friendly. We loved the morning sunrises with coffee on the deck, absolutely gorgeous! This was our second trip to the Big Island and we really enjoyed staying in this community further north of Kona.

Our family of ten plus baby had a wonderful stay for the second time at this great house. Ka Milo is a great complex, quiet with nice pool and hot tub, excellent access to Fairmont beach and access to Mauna Lani beach. House is spotless beds are great, lots of space for kids to run and play. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Had our thanksgiving dinner here. Great kitchen!

We were a family of 9 including one infant and two preschoolers plus three couples. This place was absolutely perfect! Lovely home. Quiet neighborhood. Access to beach club was particularly terrific. Safe and pretty place for children. Plus very fine snorkeling for those willing to go a bit outside the bay.

Our group of 6 stayed here for a week during our annual trip to Hawaii. The bedrooms were a perfect fit for us all and having 3.5 baths was very nice. The layout of the house is just perfect, we all had space and gathered in the main living area to play cards and hang out together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, pots and pans were great, everything very clean and in good working order. The lanai was a perfect place to relax and having the option of opening the sliding glass wall was so lovely in the evening. Grill on lanai worked great. The walk to the community pool/fitness center was under 5 minutes. Having access to the beaches nearby was a huge bonus. We were able to use the bikes in the garage and that was such a hit with the whole group. Also supplied are snorkels, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and a cart to carry it all in. The house has everything you need. Communication with the owner was easy. I recommend 100% and would book the house again in a heartbeat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Our family of ten—six adults and four children ages 2 to 6 had a wonderful time at this beautiful Ka Milo house. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and access to Maura Lani beach club which had nice calm water, good snorkeling. The house is spacious, modern, and has a great kitchen for cooking meals which we used extensively due to the young children. Balcony looks towards the mountain and is very peaceful. Owner is very responsive. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to share our family Christmas vacation.

We truly had an amazing time in Hawaii. A big part of this was this home. Everyone loved the space. We had three couples. My wife and I had our two kids and our brother in law and wife had their new son. Grandma and Grandpa joined as well. With all the noise of kids it was never and issue if someone was still sleeping. House was super quiet. The view from the lanai was spectacular each morning with the sun rising over the volcanos. We love to cool and appreciated all the amenities in the kitchen. Access was super easy and they had all the necessary beach items that you can’t travel with. The beach access was perfect for our group. We rented a golf cart separately and loved having this for getting around. The pool down the street was perfect for our kids as an alternative to the ocean. The host was extremely responsive, prompt, and detailed in communication. I would highly recommend this home and if we return we’d book again!

this area is beautiful, well maintained, but be sure to get gas, groceries etc before you leave Kona because it takes a lotof valuable time to make the trip in. we found beautiful beaches and fun restautants, mostly in Waimea for the restaurants.

The house, property, and community were all first rate. The house was well furnished and clean, and comfortably slept four couples, and handled group dinners and dining with ease. The house also came with toys that made the trip even more pleasurable including beach chairs, boogie boards, and bicycles. The location was great, with view of the mountains, close walk to community pool and beach area, and conveniently located to roads for exploring the island. Had a great time and whole heartedly recommend this property for anyone's vacation central.

This property located in a very nice neighborhood with convenient access to the nice beaches and golf courses on the island. It’s not however for the night life type of visitors as most bar and entertaining venues are located in Kona, 20 miles away. The property is well layout for 8 adults in a very quiet community. It also has most of needed items for a family gathering or occasional outings. Highly recommend. We would love to come back again.

Excellent amenities including beach gear and a well-stocked kitchen so we could make quite a few meals at home. Four bedrooms great for each couple to have private space. Very clean- and I’m picky. Loved the lanai and the lush landscaping- paradise all around.
