Denna vackra tredje vĂ„ning ett sovrum, ett badrum 655 kvadratmeter hem pĂ„ den populĂ€ra Kihei Akahi Resort Ă€r renoverad, inbjudande, ren och bekvĂ€m. Möblerna och inredningen Ă€r varm och fĂ€rgglad. Stilen Ă€r modern med asiatisk och tropisk pĂ„verkan. Ägarna köpte fastigheten oktober 2011 och följande föremĂ„l Ă€r NYA: Alla möbler, dekorationer, sĂ€ngklĂ€der, diskar, kylskĂ„p, mikrovĂ„gsugn, gasspis och ugn. NYA porslinskakel golv i hela (inga mattor sĂ„ det Ă€r utmĂ€rkt för de med allergier). Travertinplattor i kök, hall och badrum inklusive granitkök och bĂ€nkbord. Ny duschkabin i travertin. Köket Ă€r fullt utrustat för alla dina behov, tillsammans med filtrerat kallt kranvatten. Du behöver inte köpa vatten pĂ„ flaska. Nya takflĂ€ktar i vardagsrum och sovrum inklusive ljus- och VVS-armaturer. Hela enheten har nymĂ„lad. Dessa lĂ€genheter har en ny storm / sĂ€kerhetsdörr med lĂ„s. This unit had a well equipped kitchen and better than average assortment of beach toys / chairs / used snorkel gear. Only deficiency was the lack of a working safe. When a minor issue was brought to the property manager’s attention it was address satisfactorily within 24h.

I had an exceptional stay at this apartment. It offers everything you could possibly need in one place. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The reserved parking was a significant advantage, providing peace of mind and convenience. The apartment also comes with cable TV and a selection of games, which added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. For beach outings, there were chairs, umbrellas, and even a snorkel equipment available. The space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Have stayed at Kihei Akahi several times and love its proximity to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Older complex but well maintained grounds. The room was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. Kitchen Cupboards looking a bit worn and the screens to the bedroom windows need repair. Overall pretty clean but could use freshen up of bed skirt and needs a deep spring clean .

Kihei Akahi was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon on Maui! It had everything we needed for a beach day and was furnished well for when we decided to stay in. It is conveniently located near many shops and places to eat as well as across the street from the beach. We hope to be back in the future for another stay, we definitely enjoyed our time.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed the condo. It’s close to a nice beach with plenty of sand, sea, and snorkeling, as well as restaurants and shopping. The condo is well equipped with almost of all what we needed. Communications with the management company was excellent and responses to 2 small needs were prompt. The condo facilities are also great and the landscaping is beautiful. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this condo for 7 nights, and I don't think we could find a better combination of quality, location, price and conveniece. We got used to A/C running while it's hot outside but here even with portable fans and open windows we weren't sweating in December. The property is well-located with a short distance to cafes/restaurants, beaches as well as logistically close to main "far" destinations comparing to other parts of the island. Great experiece. Highly recommend.

This place exceeded my expectations! Extremely clean and had everything needed to enjoy our vacation. Easy check in and out. Located directly across the street from the beach and super close to shops and dining. Partial ocean view was great to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee. Being a former Maui resident, I knew the location of this property is excellent. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants and shops (I rented a stand-up paddleboard and walked with it to the beach, just a block or two away). A grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Although the condo is fairly small, the layout uses the space well. The thing that impressed me most was how well the condo is supplied. From dishes to cookware to toiletries (incl. sunscreen) to beach gear (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, snorkel gear) and more, about the only thing we needed to buy was food. The quality of the items supplied was good, too. Not the mishmash of "garage sale" quality dishes, cookware, utensils, etc that you sometimes run into in a vacation rental. The king size bed was a bit too hard for my wife but I was OK with it. The living room is nicely furnished and even had an impressive supply of DVDs. There is a small ocean view, if you are at one end of the balcony. Although the condo has a 3rd floor number (313), it is actually on the 2nd floor of the building, which is on a slight hill (that level is the 3rd floor on the other end of the building). We really liked the keyless (code) entry - no keys to worry about. The resort pools are fairly small but were not crowded when we used them - water was a nice temperature. We were very pleased with our 8 day stay.

The condo is located in a great location just minutes from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed! They even had beach towels and chairs which were very handy. Would stay again on a return trip to Maui :)
