Vi är de nya ägare av denna semester hyra på Maui Vista # 3117. Njut av vårt lilla paradis! Denna SUPER rena, ett sovrum, en bad enhet har nyligen renoverats. I hjärtat av Kihei är du gångavstånd till vackra Charley Young Beach, kända Kamaole Beaches 1, 2 och 3, och populära Cove Beach, fantastiska restauranger, otroliga glada timmar, shopping och mer. Du kommer att älska de 3 privata poolerna tillsammans med de nyskapade 6 mästerskapens tennisbanor på fastigheten. Köket är komplett med allt du behöver för att laga en god måltid eller grill på en av gasgrillarna precis utanför vår enhet. Köket har nya bambu, mjuka skåp, bänkskivor i granit, platt elspis, ugn, krukor / pannor, mixer, kaffekanna, Keurig och mycket mer. Det finns också en helt ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. I vardagsrummet kommer du njuta av den helt nya 55-tums plattskärms-tv, dvd / blue ray-spelare och kabel-tv. Den bekväma nya soffan viks ut till en queen size-säng med ett minne skum topper. Den överstora bottenvåningen PRIVATE Lanai har ett bord, paraply och 4 stolar så att du kan njuta av ditt morgonkaffe, äta måltider eller njuta av en maj tai. Sovrummet har en bekväm queen size-säng med ett helt nytt minne skum topper, helt nya sängar, en tv, en stor byrå, nattduksbord, en takfläkt och stor garderob. Det helt ombyggda badrummet har duschkabin, graniträknare, avtagbart duschhuvud, nya handdukar och en hårtork. Oroa dig inte om strandutrustning! Vi har helt nya Tommy Bahama stolar, ett paraply, en iskista, en ny boogiebräda och sandleksaker. Det finns också en bärbar lekplats, om det behövs. Vi erbjuder även gratis wifi. Det finns luftkonditionering i hela enheten för att hålla dig snäll och cool. Du kommer att älska att kunna bara ta tag i din strandutrustning och gå ut över gatan till den vackra Charley Young Beach. Massor av gratis parkering och inga extra resort avgifter! Som sagt, var denna condo enhet tidigare på VRBO med alla positiva recensioner och många återkommande gäster. Vi är de nya ägarna i maj 2018. Våra recensioner under det senaste året säger allt!

This unit is top class. They have everything you need. Really nice Kitchen. Lots of the stuff for the beach. Very quiet and beautiful corner of Maui Vista complex.

Property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Interior was nice, very clean and well stocked with beach accessories, etc. We booked this property weeks in advance and had no communication with the hosts until we finally reached out to them just a few days before our flight to Maui and obtained access information. Did not hear from the hosts the entire 9 days we stayed there, and no communication after we left. Would have appreciated them checking in while we were there to see if everything was going ok, and a thank you after we left for staying at their property would have been appreciated.

Our family had an amazing stay here during our trip to Maui. This location is superb in terms of location and ease of access to our favourite beaches. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor patio to start the day off right. We look forward to visiting again.

I recommend this unit. very good communication, the landlord responds quickly to questions. the condo was very clean, no need to do any cleaning when I arrived, I'm very dismissive. The condo is at ground level with a beautiful terrace, a stone's throw from the barbecue, the swimming pool, the premises are secure, there is private parking. Shops are close by, grocery stores, restaurants and boutiques. The beach is across the street a minute's walk away and is very beautiful. You have the possibility to use the owners' chairs and parasol. I could tell you more. I recommend this condo and want to return

The only bad thing about this condo was how hard it was to leave. We stayed for a week with our two kids, ages 8 and 4. The Maui Vista complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Charley Young Beach, which is just a 5-10 minute walk across the street, is a long, picturesque beach with calm water in the mornings that was perfect for our kids to play in. We went there nearly every morning and some afternoons too. The condo itself is very quiet and has a nice lanai overlooking a large shared lawn that was great for eating outside. The unit is very clean and has everything you could possibly want, even child life jackets which our kids wore every day. It's also walking distance to a large ABC Store with a wide variety of reasonably priced meals that we went to often. We'll absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Property Smelled wonderful with beautiful flowering trees. Condo had everything we needed snorkel beach chairs cooler. Lots of clean lien and beach towels. Property Never felt crowded, plenty of parking. Near Charles young beach great for children 5/6 . Easy check-in process. Da Best shave ice and ABC store 2 min drive.

Place is very clean and well ordered. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer is a plus. 2 individual packets of laundry soap were provided and appreciated. AC and fans are awesome! Beach equipment including towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, snorkeling and tennis gear, child life vests were all provided free and this is a huge plus. Even freezer packs for the cooler. Really nothing we couldn't find among the kitchen utensils and cookware. BBQs are just a few steps away with free propane provided. It's about a 6 or 7 minute walk across the street to some awesome beaches. The location is far enough back from Kihei Ave so you don't hear traffic. The backyard area is very cool with a large lawn and coconut trees/flowers. It's shared but feels very private when on the individual lanai. You can't see the parking lot or any other condos from the back. We left the curtains open all the time. I really preferred this to an upper floor. The place is within walking distance of a few restaurants and stores. ABC Store (my favorite) is up the street to the left and has a large deli with fresh cooked food, Poke, hot malasadas and musubi. For driving, condo is close to the Piilani highway if you are heading south, upcountry or to West Maui. Kihei has some great places to eat including a couple of food truck lots. The owner was super responsive. I sent a text with a question and they got back to me right away. Very reasonably priced.

Bill was easy to communicate with. Condo has all you need. Close to charley young beach. The beach items came in extremely handy, as did the kitchen items used for cooking and making coffee. Great vacation rental.

Perfect place for us to stay with our 18-month-old and four year old. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants; groceries a short drive away. Condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped for basic cooking. Beach toys and pack and play too. also it was nice to have a pool on site. Thanks Bill and Lauri!

We had a great time at Bill & Lauri's place. Everything was clean and we loved the location close to all the spots in Kihei. Beach chairs and umbrella were invaluable and the snorkeling gear was a must!

The condo was just what we wanted.. Great location, clean , & well maintained . Had a little issue checking in because the entrance code had not been updated. But I was able to reach the owner and he was able to update it quickly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at your property! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were so great to have for the beach (I could see a wagon being helpful if more things were needed at the beach given there is a walk to the beach). It made our time on the beach so relaxing and enjoyable! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival! The keyless entry was fantastic as we didn’t have to worry about a key! The pools are on the smaller side (which for us wasn’t an issue…just a note for those looking). Bill was very responsive to any questions I had! Thanks for a wonderful stay!! It was a great first trip to Maui!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill’s condo. The condo itself had everything we needed (except a kettle for us tea drinkers😉), with plenty of beach accessories and was very nicely decorated. Clearly some thought was put into making the condo feel comfortable. Bill was very responsive to any questions I had. Our first VRBO experience and overall a very positive one.

Owner was quick to respond to questions. Very clean. Set back away from the street so it’s nice and quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors even though all of the building seemed to be occupied. Cooked several meals there and everything we needed was provided. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a washer/dryer
