För november och december 2019, få gratis tillgång till Poipu Beach Athletic Club för 8 personer med din bokning.

The Big Kahuna Five Bedroom Four Bath (339 kvm). Sovplatser tio i sängar och upp till 14 med aero (uppblåsbara) sängar. Detta två våningar hem kombinerar våra 2300 kvadratmeter. Oceanview Två sovrum med två badrum på övervåningen (VRBO # 1169561) med våra 1350 kvadratmeter Aloha Två sovrum två badrum på nedervåningen (VRBO # 1172355). Var och en har en separat ingång. Gästerna kan röra sig upp och ner med de främre yttre trapporna.

Vi har licens att hyra ut för korttidsuthyrning. Vissa av de platser som marknadsförs på VRBO får inte tillåtas att göra det och kan sätta din resa i fara om länet spricker.
Vi har luftkonditionering i alla fem sovrummen. Två master sviter, en på övervåningen och en nedervåningen. flera åtta fot glidande glasdörrar i två riktningar ger utmärkt utsikt. Trägolv i entré, vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Berber mattor i sovrum. Kakelgolv i bad. Granitbänkar i både kök och alla bad. På övervåningen har sovrummet en drottning himmelsäng med övermadrass med kudde och sängkläder i egyptisk bomull plus en privat täckt Lanai med plats för två.

Befälhavaren har ett djupt badkar med två duschhuvuden och dubbla handfat. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning med släde med övermadrass och sängkläder i egyptisk bomull. Det andra badet har ett djupt badkar och dusch plus dubbla handfat. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar.

Nedervåningen har sovrummet en queen size-säng och en skjutreglage till utsidan täckt Lanai. Befälhavaren har ett stort jacuzzi och dubbelt handfat. Två stora fullständiga kök med dubbeldörrkylskåp med ismaskiner och vatten i dörren. Keramiska toppspisar med ugnar. Kompletta uppsättningar med grytor, kokkärl, glas och stengods. På övervåningen har matbordet åtta och nedre platsen med sex med fyra barstolar.

Två täckta lanaier har vardagsrumsmatbord utomhus för sex och gasgrillar. Femtio tum HDTV: er i vardagsrum på övervåningen och nedervåningen och HDTV: er i alla fem sovrummen. Strandhanddukar, solstolar och kylare tillhandahålls.

Avbokningsregler: Avbokning måste tas emot minst 90 dagar före incheckningen för att få en deposition, minus 1250 USD avgift. Alla pengar kommer att förverkas om avbokning erhålls med mindre än 90 dagars varsel, såvida inte rummet kan bokas om. Det finns inga återbetalningar för tidig avresa om vi inte kan boka rummet igen.

Could use better stocking of toilet paper, tissue, hot mitts for cooking. The light in spiral staircase is out. Consider adding dresser/drawers in twin bedroom - couldn’t hang everything in closet. Excellent location. Grounds well kept. Lanai is amazing! Very good stock of beach chairs etc.

Spent 8 nights in Kauai in this wonderfully spacious home. Lots of room for the 12 of us to spread out. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai in the mornings and evenings, can't beat the water view! And a short walk to the nearest beach, really appreciated the location of this house. Owner was extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of both before and during our stay. The woman working on site at the office was also incredibly nice and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again, a great place for a family vacation!!

The accommodations were comfortable, and the upper and lower levels with stairs allowed our family to come and go. The only two things that posed issues were the parking, and the trash. We returned several times to find our allotted parking spots were taken by someone else. The trash is located at the back of the property, and by the end of our stay it appeared as though ours and everyone else was piled high and overflowing, flies and all. We enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach where swimming is safe and turtles rest on the shoreline.

Great accommodation for a family or group vacation. Well stocked with everything you need at home and/or the beach with plenty of room for alone time if desired. Location is perfect for walking to the local beaches or taking a stroll around town. Also enjoyed the beach club.

We loved our time at the house. It was clean and spacious and worked well for our group of 12. The kitchen items are lacking to be able to make meals for the family and we had to bring down items from upstairs to downstairs. And the grill needs to be cleaned. Great location and easy check in and check out. Now just waiting on our deposit refunded since we left it in immaculate condition.

Manager was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the air conditioners. Didn't think the photos of the property were a very accurate representation of the upstairs. Property needs some updating and care: curtains in upstairs were off the rod in places, kitchen faucet came off when in use. Was a little disappointed for the price we paid. Location was fabulous - you could see the ocean and walk to Poipu beach.

My family visited for 10 days and it was the perfect accommodation for our large group! The lanai’s are wonderful to spend time outside. It is very spacious overall. The property is beautiful with so many Hawaiian plants and flowers. The perfect place for family photos. I enjoyed beautiful walks each morning in the surrounding area. You can get to the water in a 2 minute walk! The beach is walking distance as well! Poipu Beach is great including the park for kids! They even have beach chairs, boogie boards, a surf board, and coolers for you to use during your stay which is so convenient. Highly recommend this beach house!

Our family of 10 spent 9 days staying in this duplex. We had a wonderful time there. The house is very nice decorated, plenty spaces for everyone. Conveniently located- couple of minutes walking to the beach to see the turtles, sea lions and/or relax at the beaches. The property manager is very responsive to our questions and request. We are highly recommending this place to others for their vacation in Poipu Beach. We just love it and plan to go back again.

The house was perfect for our stay - we enjoyed having the 2 separate units. The 2 big kitchens, the sitting areas, the lovely bedrooms and laundry facilities made it all very comfortable. My brothers took my mom on a trip of a lifetime and our family stay here was perfect. The stocked kitchen allowed for meals, the balcony was able to accommodate everyone and the rooms worked out well. We had a group of 12 and we made it work thanks to the abundance of air mattresses The location is perfect with lots of parking and a walkable neighborhood leading to the beaches of Poipu.

The house, both upstairs and downstairs units combined, was perfect for our family group of 9. The house and both kitchens were well stocked and the location was perfect- very close (but not too close) to poipu beach, Brennekes etc. If anything the online description understates the ocean view.

The duplex accommodation filled all of our needs. The location was great. Dan was incredibly responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is that the wood floor could have been a bit cleaner, and there was normal wear and tear from a rental property. The location and space made up for it all, nd the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had 13 people in our group and enough privacy for all.

Our family of 12 people really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented both the top and bottom units. There is a nice view of the ocean from the top floor porch and the spacious living area on the top floor was a great place for the family to congregate. It is a very short walk to the closest beach (2-3 minutes) and 10 minutes to Poipu Beach. The property manager, Dan, and the management team were very responsive to our requests. We recommend using the optional Poipu Beach club for children (pool) and adults (workout facilities). We highly recommend staying at this property and the island of Kauai.

This property was set up perfectly for our extended family to all be together while still having our own spaces. The location was great - a quick walk 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and a 15 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt. They were multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for our beach trips. The property manager Dan was extremely responsive when we had a small issue the first day. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The location was absolutely amazing! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space and beds and baths. A few items could have been better as far as light bulbs out, supplies all filled, fans working, BUT we would stay here again, the beds were comfortable, the space accomodated all our people and the views and location cannot be beat!

Everything in the description was easy to follow. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. They even go the extra mile to provide beach chairs & towels, umbrella, a mask, cooler, etc. Would stay here again when I come to Kauai.
